This is the first time I’ve seen Huckabee trying to strenuously not answer a direct question in his changing opinions of what rights does Israel on the land.
It’s very confusing because Huckabee recites what he believes in the Bible, but not literally what it means in the Bible.
i do think Huckabee is not able to express his full Christian belief. This is weird and very sad. Evangelicals have been trained to believe that God made a race, and only them, to rule over the world. ==Too bad but reincarnation exists or may exist, how does that link with Jews are the only chosen ones? If they don’t have an afterlife, how are they the chosen ones?
One thing I don’t get is my father’s Jewish wife, told me once Jews die and after they don’t exist, there is no afterlife. Due to her nature (I guess) she had a horrible drawn out death, and before she died she had dreams of this horrible punishment and really was tortured for quite a long time dying.
It sounded awful, because when my parents, grandparents etc died, they were not tortured that came with the afterlife. They believed God would welcome their souls, they were mostly peaceful passing on. She was hysterically afraid even though she didn’t believe in an afterlife.
Perhaps in some way if they have no afterlife, they believe they have no punishment for any evil they do.
Confusing I know.
