The SCOTUS is wrong in their decision about charging a fee, we are charging a tax. Here is the definition of tariff: A tariff is a tax imposed by a government on goods and services imported from other countries, and occasionally on exports. It is also known as a customs duty and is typically paid by the importing business, not the foreign exporter.

 

I have told you since April 2019 about the President as the "sole organizer" of foreign policies, which tariffs are, the SCOTUS and all courts and Congress only have domestic charters and have no say. Because there are precedents from other Supreme Courts cases, this is an act of sedition, treason, and an insurrection. Now we are justified to Call the Ball!!!

A similar hypothesis was popularized by Minnesota congressman and pseudoarchaeology writer Ignatius L. Donnelly in his book Ragnarok: The Age of Fire and Gravel (1883), which followed his better-known book Atlantis: The Antediluvian World (1882). In Ragnarok, Donnelly argued that an enormous comet struck the Earth around 6,000 BCE to 9,000 BCE,[b] destroying an advanced civilization on the "lost continent" of Atlantis. Donnelly, following others before him, attributed the Biblical Flood to this event, which he hypothesized had also resulted in catastrophic fires and climate change. Part of the Two Plus Four Agreement is the declaration of commitment by the Federal Republic of Germany in Article 3, paragraph 2, which states verbatim:

 

"The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, in full agreement with the Government of the German Democratic Republic, made the following declaration on August 30, 1990, in Vienna during the negotiations on conventional armed forces in Europe:"

 

'The government of the Federal Republic of Germany undertakes to reduce the armed forces of the united Germany to a personnel strength of 370,000 men (land, air and naval forces) within three to four years.'"

 

The reduction was scheduled to begin with the entry into force of the first CFE Treaty. The declaration of unilateral disarmament was made independently of disarmament steps taken by other European states, even though it expressed the hope that the others would also reduce their troop numbers. Therefore, the argument that Germany no longer has to adhere to its self-imposed limit on the personnel ceiling of the Bundeswehr because Russia unilaterally suspended the implementation of the CFE Treaty in 2007 as a result of NATO's eastward expansion is not valid.

UPDATE: Murdered Caltech astrophysicist called authorities a few months ago on the same man who later killed him, alleging trespass at that time. Freddy Snyder, was arrested on a weapons charge in Dec. 2025 (because Snyder was no longer on the deceased's property when law enforcement arrived). This week, Snyder's family, who reportedly lived in the area, reported that Snyder had carjacked their car, but only did so after they learned he had murdered someone nearby.

"A 29-year-old man was charged with murder after he allegedly shot and killed a Caltech scientist in front of a Los Angeles County home earlier this week.

 

"The LA County Sheriff's Department said Freddy Snyder, 29, allegedly killed 67-year-old Carl Grillmair in the High Desert city of Llano on Monday morning. Deputies responded to the 30700 block of 165th Street East and found Grillmair on the porch with a fatal gunshot wound. LA County Fire Department paramedics tried to save Grillmair's life but ultimately pronounced him dead shortly after.

"Detectives said that Snyder had carjacked a family member's car before killing Grillmair, but the family did not report it until after they realized Snyder allegedly killed someone.

 

"LASD saidGrillmair had [previously] called deputies on Dec. 20, 2025, to have Snyder trespassed from his home. Deputies arrested Snyder for weapons violations because he had left Grillmair's home by the time authorities arrived, according to detectives.

 

"[This time, t]he LA County District Attorney's Office charged Snyder with murder, carjacking and burglary. His bail is set at $2 million.

 

"A colleague confirmed that Grillmair worked at the California Institute of Technology. According to his profile on Caltech's website,Grillmair's research focused on dark matter, galactic structure, stellar populations and exoplanets.

 

"We are shocked," Caltech scientist Sergio Fajardo-Acosta said. "This was so unexpected. Carl was full of life."

 

"Fajardo-Acosta has known Grillmair for 26 years and worked with him at Caltech's Infrared Processing and Analysis Center (IPAC).

 

"Carl is irreplaceable because of the ingenuity he injected into his research in astronomy,"Fajardo-Acosta said.

 

"Grillmair wasawarded the NASA Exceptional Scientific Achievement Medal.

 

"He was always ready to teach," Fajardo-Acosta said. "To share his knowledge, he never held anything back."
