I did this work a while ago, the POTUS is the "sole" organizer in all foreign affairs, embargos, and contracts of which a tariff is a contract and an international agreement. This is already a precedent and if they rule against tariffs then they should all be tried in a Military court for sedition and as a form of insurrection. Even if that doesn't happen, they still will have to deal with a promise. This is not a game, and our Country has been ripped off to the point of collapse. For God and Country, at all costs!!!

And Germany is also reportedly planning to send troops to the island as part of a 'reconnaissance team' seeking to 'deter potential external aggressors and protect the alliance's territory', German news outlet Bild reported.

 

The team will comprise of 13 members of the Bundeswehr - Germany's Armed Forces - and they will only stay in the country for two days, according to the BBC.

WASHINGTON—Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) today announced that the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform will initiate contempt of Congress proceedings next week against former President Bill Clinton for defying a lawful, bipartisan congressional subpoena approved unanimously by both Republicans and Democrats.

 

Former President Clinton failed to appear for a scheduled deposition today. In addition, no Democratic members of the Oversight Committee, including Ranking Member Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), attended the deposition.

 

Following the deposition, Chairman Comer delivered brief remarks criticizing former President Clinton and Oversight Committee Democrats for their failure to appear and confirmed that the Committee will begin contempt of Congress proceedings next week.

 

Bill Clinton did not show up, and I think it’s important to note that this subpoena was voted on in a bipartisan manner by this Committee. This wasn’t something that I just issued as chairman of the Committee. This was voted on by an entire subcommittee in a unanimous vote to subpoena former President Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

As alleged in court documents and statements made in court, the DEA New Haven Tactical Diversion Squad and Bristol Police Department have been investigating a narcotics trafficking enterprise headed by Ocasio. The investigation revealed that Ocasio, with the assistance of Rosado-Ortiz and Jassor, who formerly resided in Connecticut, acquired and distributed fentanyl, cocaine, crack-cocaine, counterfeit pills pressed with fentanyl, and pharmaceuticals including oxycodone, Adderall, and Xanax. Ocasio employed, and frequently rented vehicles for, Jankowski, Risucci, Warkoski, Riback, Mastroianni, Pinette, and Deprey as “drug runners” to conduct drug transactions on his behalf. Muhammad helped facilitate narcotics transactions for Ocasio and also distributed drugs that he acquired from Ocasio to his own customer base.

 

It is alleged that the investigation has connected five overdose deaths in Bristol and one overdose death in Berlin, which occurred between April 2024 and May 2025, to Ocasio’s drug trafficking network.

 

Ocasio and Rosado-Ortiz were arrested on a federal criminal complaints on December 4, 2025. On that date, a search of Ocasio’s residence revealed approximately $440,000 in cash and watches and jewelry valued at approximately $270,000. A search of Rosado-Ortiz’s residence revealed approximately two kilograms of cocaine, one kilogram of crack cocaine, 250 grams of fentanyl, 200 grams of methamphetamine, 2,500 oxycodone pills, 500 Xanax and Adderall pills, tabs of LSD, one ounce of ketamine, 25 empty kilogram wrappers that field tested positive for the presence of cocaine, an AR-15 style rifle, a ghost gun, $10,000 in jewelry, and $7,260 in cash.

 

On January 7, 2026, a federal grand jury in Bridgeport returned an indictment charging each of the defendants with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, controlled substances. If convicted of this charge, based on the type and quantity of drug attributed to each defendant, Ocasio, Rosado-Ortiz, Risucci, Riback, and Mastroianni face a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 10 years and a maximum term of imprisonment of life; Jankowski, Pinette, and Deprey face a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of five years and a maximum term of imprisonment of 40 years; and Jassor, Warkoski, and Muhammad face a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years.

The cash movements were made by U.S. citizens of Somali origin who flew out of the Columbus airport en route to either the airports in Minneapolis or Atlanta, and the couriers always declared the cash as legally required on documents, officials said.

 

"Typically, when they go to Minneapolis, they drop off the cash and then a subsequent courier travels abroad from Minneapolis to Dubai through Amsterdam," one official familiar with the investigation told Just the News on Tuesday, speaking only on condition of anonymity.

 

Multiple Somali communities involved

The officials said they appear to have uncovered a massive cash movement operation that gathered money from multiple Somali immigrant communities in the West, Midwest and South that eventually brought luggage filled with currency to Minneapolis for flights overseas.

 

Just the News reported exclusively last week that TSA detected nearly $700 million in cash in luggage leaving the Minneapolis airport in 2024 and 2025, frequently headed on a route to Amsterdam and then Dubai where U.S. officials lost the tracking. The TSA agents routinely alerted investigators during the Biden years, but there was little interest in probing the money movements further until President Donald Trump took office last year.

 

The cash movements out of Minnesota's largest airports by the Somali immigrant couriers were 90 to 99 times larger than the total amounts moved out of major international airports like John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City or Seattle and Atlanta, officials said.

 

As investigators began tracking the money backwards throughout its journey, they discovered the operation in Columbus, officials said Tuesday.

About the Provider

 

Dr. Nisha Verma is an obstetrician-gynecologist, complex family planning specialist, and clinician researcher committed to improving access to abortion care in the U.S. Southeast, which is her home.

 

She was born in North Carolina to Indian immigrant parents,

 

and received her Bachelor’s in Biology and Anthropology and her medical degree from the University of North Carolina. She graduated from OB/GYN residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and completed her Complex Family Planning Fellowship and Master’s in Public Health degree at Emory University. She is currently serving as the Darney/Landy Fellow at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, where she is actively involved in abortion-related policy and advocacy work. Dr. Verma currently provides abortion care at Planned Parenthoods in the Delaware area, and is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Emory University. She is excited to return to Emory University as full-time faculty in the Division of Family Planning this fall.

 

Dr. Verma has expertise in conducting qualitative abortion-related research in restrictive areas and working at the intersection of policy, advocacy, and research. Moving forward, she is particularly interested in leading research focused on exploring the impacts of the changing legal landscape around abortion on people in the U.S. Southeast, especially communities already marginalized from care, and on better understanding how clinicians can support people who are self-managing their abortions. Her vision is to produce data that can be used to push for policy change and improve access to abortion in the U.S. Southeast.

Dr. Verma is excellent. The procedure itself is horribly painful and uncomfortable but I think she made the best of it to inform me and make me feel I was in a safe environment. It is a pleasure to have her as my doctor

Let me get this straight…..

ICE and CBP followed illegal orders for years under Obama and Biden to ignore the law and allow sometimes facilitate illegals entering all while setting up check points 100 miles into the US territory and even going to SCOTUS and claiming that the constitution the very oath they took to protect doesn’t exist within 100miles inside of the US territory.
