New illuminati list just dropped: A leaked roster of 2,200 Bohemian Grove members

The full 2023 retreat member list was published by an independent journalist. Many, many Bay Area pooh-bahs are on it.

Emily Dreyfuss, Rya Jetha, and Max Harrison-Caldwell. Published Feb. 25, 2026 •

What do Paul Pelosi, Jimmy Buffett, Conan O’Brien, Michael Bloomberg, and Eric Schmidt have in common? They were all members of the ultra-secretive, men-only Bohemian Grove society as recently as 2023.

We know this because independent journalist Daniel Boguslaw obtained the Bohemian Grove camp membership list for that year and published it Wednesday on Substack

Boguslaw joins the rarified ranks of reporters who have succeeded in shedding light on the world’s most secretive redwood grove. Reached for comment, one club member confirmed it is a real membership list from 2023.

Since the 1980s, journalists have been trying to get inside the Bohemian Grove campground in Monte Rio in Sonoma County by posing as waiters, lost hikers, and guests. San Francisco-based magazine Mother Jones was the first to succeed, publishing an inside scoop

(opens in new tab)sSince in 1981 that described the club as the place where “men who make decisions that affect us all gather quietly.” Alex Jones famously managed to film a ceremony at the grove that fueled conspiracy theories for decades. Vanity Fair reporter Alex Shoumatoff was arrested(opens in new tab) since after posing as a member in 2008. And in 2018, Outside magazine reporter Chris Colin was threatened by Bohemian Grove security(opens in new tab) simply for kayaking up to the high water line of the compound’s beach along the Russian River.

Boguslaw didn’t pull any of those tricks. He obtained the list in 2024 by pestering a San Francisco club member.

“I went to this person’s office for a week straight,” Boguslaw said. He had driven to the Bay Area from Massachusetts after getting his hands on a 2017 attendance list, he said, and stayed in a Tenderloin single-room-occupancy hotel while he hounded the local member.

Weeks passed, and he found longer-term lodging in West Oakland. One night, while he was drinking at Eli’s Mile High Club, a courier appeared with two manila envelopes.

Inside was the 2023 camp membership list. This does not necessarily represent the full membership to the club, which meets at a building in San Francisco. Bohemian Club spokesperson Sam Singer said the club is private and does not disclose its list of members or guests.

“The Intercept spiked it in this really stupid way,” he said. “They were so freaked out.”

Boguslawisn’t worried about blowback. “I’m confident in my reporting, and I’d like to see them try to fuck with me,” he said.

The 2023 camp membership list (published below) contains around 2,200 people, many of whom are not well known. Then there are the famously rich people:Mike Bloomberg and Charles Koch, in particular.

But most members are rich people you’ve never heard of, politicians you’ve maybe seen on CSPAN, and a smattering of scientists and cultural figures thrown in to make good on the “Bohemian” part of the group’s name. Perhaps unsurprising for a boys club filled with powerful American elites, the most common first names to appear are John (128 times), Robert (115), William (85), James (84), and David (75).

Here, we highlight the Bohemian Grove members with the strongest San Francisco ties, broken down by industry. There are notably fewer tech industry people than one might have expected. This is a list of old money and power. The names are divided into “camps,” which a source tells us are like fraternities; people in the same camp party together during visits to the compound.

We reached out to some of these people for comment; none responded. It’s against the rules of the club to discuss members, their guests or any club-related activities with the press. But if you’re on this list and want to share your thoughts on this leak, please get in touch.

Who here believes there are more criminals in the US Gov then there is in most of the states? And many were placed in the government to spy and steal state secrets from not just foreign countries but from the US. It’s obvious how easy it is to steal through congress, and every agency, contractor, tech workers, including the janitorial staff, etc is surely filled with criminals.Wolves within the US Gov.

• Block said Thursday it’s laying off more than 4,000 employees, or about half of its head count.

• Shares of the payment company skyrocketed more than 24% in extended trading.

• Block’s CFO said the job cuts would enable it “to move faster with smaller, highly talented teams using AI to automate more work.”

Block

said Thursday it’s laying off more than 4,000 employees, or about half of its head count. The stock skyrocketed more than 24% in extended trading.

“Today we shared a difficult decision with our team,” Jack Dorsey, Block’s co-founder and CEO, wrote in a letter to shareholders. “We’re reducing Block by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000, which means that over 4,000 people are being asked to leave or entering into consultation.”

Block CFO Amrita Ahuja said the job cuts will position the company “for our next phase of long term growth.”

“We are choosing to shift how we operate at a time when our business is accelerating and we see an opportunity to move faster with smaller, highly talented teams using AI to automate more work,” Ahuja wrote.

Dorsey said he expects other companies to similarly overhaul their workforces as they see more efficiency gains from “intelligence tools.”

“Within the next year, I believe the majority of companies will reach the same conclusion and make similar structural changes,” Dorsey said. “I’d rather get there honestly and on our own terms than be forced into it reactively.”

Other companies like Pinterest

, CrowdStrike

and Chegg

have recently announced job cuts and directly attributed the layoffs to AI reshaping their workforces.

In an X post, Dorsey said he was faced with the choice of laying off staffers over several months or years “as this shift plays out,” or to “act on it now.”

“I chose the latter,” Dorsey wrote. “Repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead.”

The company had 10,205 employees worldwide as of Dec. 31, 2025, according to its annual filing.

Block announced the layoffs in conjunction with its fourth-quarter earnings results.

The payments company reported adjusted earnings per share of 65 cents on revenue of $6.25 billion, while analysts estimated 65 cents per share and $6.24 billion, according to LSEG.

Gross profit increased 24% from a year earlier to $2.87 billion.

For the full year, the company said it sees adjusted earnings per share of $3.66. Analysts anticipated $3.22 per share, according to LSEG.

As a result of the workforce reduction, the company expects to incur charges of approximately $450 million to $500 million, consisting primarily of severance payments, employee benefits and noncash expenses related to share vesting, according to a securities filing.

Block expects most of the restructuring charges to be incurred in the first quarter.

jack

==@jack we're making @blocks

smaller today. here's my note to the company.==

####

today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone.

first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay.

we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly.

i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures.

a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers.

we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold.

to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward.

to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow.

==Traci Kornak Allegedly Rewrote

Her Victim’s Will, Declared Herself the Beneficiary==

Rose Burd’s sister also says that a $250,000 insurance settlement never landed in her bank account

Grand Rapids — Traci Kornak goes by a lot of names these days:

Former Michigan Democratic Party TreasurerAbuser of a brain-damaged old lady

Alleged embezzler of a court-appointed ward. Co-conspirator with Attorney General Dana Nessel

Fashion Plate

Kornak, who is facing 25 years in prison for the alleged looting of the old woman’s retirement, was required to appear Wednesday in Kent County District Court.

But as the hour struck 9 o’clock, Kornak was no where to be seen. She was cowering in a courtroom broom closet or some such.Meanwhile, the surviving sisters of Rose Burd skulked the halls demanding justice.

Kornak eventually emerged from the bowels and presented herself before the judge. She was wearing a sensible coat; not the flaming fuchsia peacoat she wore at a previous hearing that helped make her the pariah of the internet.

Kornak must have combed social media, because on this occasion she wore a dark parka with sturdy stitching and a brass zipper. Something much more appropriate for a defendant accused of the financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult of more than $50,000.

Nevertheless, the back of Kornak’s head cried out for a competent brushing. If you feel I’ve gone too far, dear reader, then read on. You might agree that I have not gone far enough. Not when you consider what was further discovered at the morning’s gathering.

The old woman’s sisters produced a document showing that nearly $250,000 in insurance settlement money awarded to Rose after a catastrophic car accident may never have found its way into Burd’s bank account.

Further, the last will and testament of Rose has been unearthed. Kornak had rewritten the document without the court’s permission, and an agent of the court was tasked with finding it. The new will shows that two of Rose’s surviving three sisters have been written out of the inheritance. Meanwhile, Kornak herself, is named as the beneficiary of Burd’s estate.

Huddled in the hallway, the sister’s shuddered at the abuse they imagined their sister Rose suffered at the end of her life.

Kornak took out the lightbulbs in my sister’s room,” said Pat Van Wagner. “Why would she do that? There’s no life in that.”

“How would Kornak like to be locked in a room with no lights?” asked her youngest sister, Debbie Valenti.“Rose had to have been so terrified she didn’t say nothing.”

Kornak is due back in court for her preliminary exam next month. Friday the 13th.

Florida airport sparks furious backlash by BANNING pajamas and Crocs in brutal announcement shaming scruffy passengers

A popular airport has sparked fierce backlash online after shaming tourists for their travel outfits.

In November, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy ignited a debate after heurged passengers to stop wearing 'slippers and pajamas' on planes, claiming that if people start dressing 'with some respect' it could bring a 'return to civility.'

Now, a major US travel hub has appeared to back his claims by posting a lengthy note on X on Thursday, saying it was time to 'ban' sleepwear from its terminals.

Tampa international airport boldly wrote: 'It's time to ban pajamas at Tampa International Airport.'

It said it was 'time to take on an even larger crisis' after 'successfully banning' the footwear Crocs and 'giving everyone the amazing opportunity to experience the world's first Crocs-free airport.'

While no real ban seems to be in place on the popular shoes, the Florida-based airport jokingly posted back in Septemberthat after a 'unanimous' vote, Crocs had been barred from the property for ten years.

'Pajamas. At. The. Airport. In the middle of the day,' the post continued. 'We know this decision could be disruptive to someone in your life.

'It's time to have a difficult conversation with them. You can do this. We believe in you.The madness stops today. The movement starts now

'Help Tampa International Airport become the world's first Crocs-free AND pajama-free airport. Do your part. Say no to pajamas at TPA.'

While the airport's latest post seemed to be a joke, many people were unamused that it appeared to be judging people for wanting to dress comfortably when they travel.

'Wait, so I'm being told now how to dress at an airport? What are we talking about here folks?' wrote one outraged user.

'What is wrong with Crocs and pjs?' wondered another. 'Makes it much easier and quicker to move through the TSA.'(slobs)

'I mean… as a joke, this is kinda funny. But if it's real… the government telling people what they can and can't wear while traveling… can you say "overreach" anyone?'someone else penned.

'Right so… what's next? Leggings? Crew necks and T-shirts? I'm sorry but if I'm gonna be 30,000 feet in the air for six to eight hours, I'm going to be comfortable not wearing business casual or business professional,' read a fourth post.

A fifth said: 'Maybe people should worry about their own body/clothing/business etc.Jesus, just worry about your own self and maybe the world would run smoothly.'

'Genuinely what is the problem with people wanting to be comfortable in the airport? Y'all act like an airport is a business meeting,' scathed a different user. (The problem is, people will start showing up naked if it makes them comfortable!)

'People wear what's comfortable because they have to sit for over an hour and want to feel relaxed,' explained someone else.

Others, however, agreed with the airline.

'YES! About time someone said it. It had to be said,' wrote one supporter.

'This is one of my pet peeves… wearing pajamas in public,' announced another, while a third said: 'I applaud this movement! It's time to get back to having some self-respect and dignity.'

'No one over the age of five should be wearing pajamas in public. And don't get me started on Crocs,' read a different post.

At a press conference in November, Duffy said that Americans can make air travel better by dressing up.

'I call this maybe "dressing with some respect." Whether it's a pair of jeans and a decent shirt, I would encourage people to maybe dress a little better, which encourages us to maybe behave a little better,' he said.

'Let's try not to wear slippers and pajamas as we come to the airport. I think that's positive.'

Ex-U.S. Army Ranger From Casper Jumps Into The U.S. House Race To Succeed Hageman

A former U.S. Army Ranger on Thursday formally entered Wyoming’s U.S. House race for the seat U.S. Rep. Harriet Hageman is vacating to run for Senate. David Giralt said by necessity and desire, he will run a “grassroots” campaign.

A 35-year-old ex-U.S. Army Ranger and airborne officer announced Thursday that he is jumping into the Republican race to fill Wyoming’s lone U.S. House seat.

David Giralt of Casper, who among other roles has served as a policy advisor for U.S. Sen. Cynthia Lummis, hopes to replace U.S. Rep. Harriet Hageman who is running for the U.S. Senate seat Lummis is vacating at the end of her term.

Giralt said he is a first-generation American who has enjoyed opportunities growing up in Casper that never would have been possible for his parents in their native lands. His father was born in Costa Rica and mother, in Cuba.

“My parents came here with nothing and had to learn English within a year,” he said. “They sacrificed a lot for me and my brothers to grow up and have every opportunity here.”

Following graduation from Kelly Walsh High School in 2009, Giralt attended Colorado Christian University where he played soccer and obtained a business degree. From there he entered the military where he served 12 years of active-duty service that included combat deployments to Afghanistan in 2016-17 and again from 2019-20 as a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment and 82nd Airborne.

He was awarded a bronze star for his combat service. Giralt said he is not in any way a “war hawk” or someone who would promote combat. He said he sees “no reason to send anyone to any conflict unless there is a necessary reason to do so an end state that is defined and a clear exit strategy that the America people can get behind.”

Throwing his name into the race that already has three other candidates has nothing to do with those candidates, he said.

“I’m doing this for the exact same reason that I raised my right hand to serve this country and deploy to Afghanistan in a post 9/11army,” he said. “I believe in defending every freedom and opportunity that this country has given me and my family and this is just a continuation of that service.”

Giralt holds an MBA degree from the University of Wyoming that focused on the energy sector and during his time working for Lummis served as a policy advisor on agriculture, trade, immigration, law enforcement, and national defense.

He also completed graduate studies in legislative affairs at George Washington University that focused on “theoretical and practical knowledge related to the U.S. Congress, general issues in the legislative arena, and instructs students on techniques for advancing legislation,” according to his LinkedIn page.

Energy Insight

Giralt said the nation is in a competition with global adversaries in the energy sector that would “love to see America fall.” Wyoming is positioned to lead the nation and the world in terms of resources such as rare earths, critical minerals, uranium, and coal.

Based on his experiences in Washington, D.C., Giralt believes the Pentagon is “leaning in more heavily on coal” as it looks to the future.

Giralt said as he talks with people, he understands they want “security” and “predictability” in terms of things such as a tax regime for their personal lives and businesses as well as the opportunity to raise their families in a more secure state and world.

He said supporting state and local law enforcement through grants and training from the federal level are also ongoing needs to ensure the state’s residents feel secure.

On a personal level, Giralt is married to Alexandra. He promised to uphold the same values as a congressman that he did as an U.S. Army officer, saying those include service before self, accountability, and a relentless focus on results.
