Unbelievable!

  1. What happened to the separation of Church and State?

 

  1. Totally disregards the fact that the mother/parents are legal citizens of another country while visiting inside this country. (USA only country that currently recognizes a births-in-country as a citizen of this country. Hopefully this will change soon!)

 

  1. This amicus holdsZEROlegal precedent to be taken into consideration by SCOTUS. It is entirely their "belief" or stance on the situation. Basically they haveno sauceto back up their amicus. The US Conference of Catholic Bishops does not have legal standing to weigh in on this issue, anymore than I do.
