Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) announced on Wednesday that she is moving to subpoena U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, accusing the Department of Justice of withholding critical evidence related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
In a statement posted to X, Mace directly challenged Bondi’s previous assertions that the federal government had made all relevant Epstein documents public. According to Mace, the current record proves that a significant portion of the evidence remains hidden from the American people and the victims of Epstein’s sex trafficking network.
“AG Bondi claims the DOJ has released all of the Epstein files. The record is clear: they have not,” Mace stated.
