That's not even close to the truth.

Considering IRGC bombed the school themselves,
and that IRGC military and police use schools, civic sports centers and other public facilities as cover,
it's likely civilian deaths are a lot lower than the 1300 number,
prolly less than a quarter that number.
Imagine Iranian rockets coming out of Palestine at your nation for over two decades.
