Offer steps to guarantee their security and what steps they need to make, to guarantee our security, Israel, and their neighboring Gulf states. They will do that, but consider how Muslims in Gulf states would respond without the higher moral ground. Did the Gulf states allow the US to use their bases to attack Iran? They could easily change sides in a moments notice, after all they didn't help in the fight because they want to the US destroyed or out of their respective countries.
