This is going to turn out to be massive issues when they say things like using a map in ways going “country” and the reply is “Kenya?” Coded language if established is a thing saying it is a “developing nation” is like identify it as a like sovereign nation as if a Native American tribe or areas that had its own government body but we protect. This gives it a different classification in legal terms so to speak if sovereign nations are not recognized then it is considered treason. This is how this would legally go. They have to be identified as a citizen or this sovereign nation as well or that a judge would recognize legally. This issue is even if a sovereign nation or government does this it is grounds to levy large fines and agreements that it is treason still or even more so that likely in some of these case they loose their sovereignty all together so to speak. This is because they are doing things that are seen as an act of war. It is likely the so sovereign nation will say they are not recognizing them in the end but this is determined by how long they known how much they protected them and allows them to use resources of theirs is a key aspect of this in particular so to speak. This is the largest issue they are using their resources fully knowing about it at the highest levels of the sovereign government. That is where they are going to have to pay such large amounts of damages that it is burdening the other people in the sovereign nation by bad governance. This is a main factor as to how or why a place would loose the sovereignty that it has.

This has caused this before but in earlier years if the US so to speak mostly with native tribes that made agreements with the country not to fight back in exchange for this type of agreement and to respect its laws in any area not there own and the federal laws unless noted by a judge and allowed other wise.

This is where they sit in this mess now if they claime these things to which when this is over it is likely any sovereign nation will hand the people over immediately in order to try to keep their sovereignty at all. This will likely be the case extent ir this when it happens so to speak.

It is sad through to think about is all in some way is all but at lest things are changing so this is positive. I try not to think about it as much is all. I am confident the correct choice are being made.
