White House renamed ‘Epstein Island’ on Google phones – WaPo
The tech giant has blamed the incident on a “fake edit” on its mapping platform
The White House was briefly renamed ‘Epstein Island’ for some Google Pixel phone users, the Washington Post has reported.
The term is used to refer to the Caribbean island of Little St. James, which had been owned by the late convicted pedophile Jeffry Epstein. According to the prosecutors, it served as the venue for sex trafficking and other abuses involving some high-profile figures in business and politics.
WaPo said in an article on Saturday that when its journalist tried calling the White House switchboard earlier this week, the name on screen indicated that they were contacting “Epstein Island.”
Only users of Google’s Pixel phones experienced the issue. For those calling the presidential residence from other Android phones and iPhones, no name was displayed, the report read.
Google spokesperson Matthew Flegal later told the paper that there was a “fake edit” in Google Maps that had been “briefly” picked up in the call identification feature of some Android phones.
The user behind it has been identified and blocked from making further edits because his actions violated Google’s policies, Flegal said.
The White House’s name has been restored on the mapping platform, he added.
The US Department of Justice released the final batch of over 3 million pages, 2,000 videos, and 180,000 images relating to Epstein’s case in January. The details of the Wall Street financier’s dealings with some of the most powerful people in the US and UK have only worsened the scandal.
US President Donald Trump had ordered the agency to release the files in November, following intense pressure from the lawmakers and his own supporters. The documents mention Trump’s name over 5,000 times, but without any indication of criminal activity. However, they have been heavily redacted, leaving many critics unconvinced.

The death toll continues to climb in Lebanon as the Israeli army continues its invasion. More than 1,200 people have been killed over the past four weeks, the Lebanese authorities have said.
The toll includes 124 children, with more than 3,500 people wounded, the Health Ministry added in a statement.
On Saturday and Sunday alone, 49 people were killed, including ten rescue workers and three journalists.

An Iranian missile attack in an industrial zone on Sunday obliterated a factory and prompted concerns of a hazardous materials leak, with potential pesticides being emitted from the fiery wreckage.

No casualties have been reported and staff from the facility and nearby plants have been evacuated.
Members of the public are asked not to approach the area, and residents of nearby areas are told to stay indoors, close windows and heed the orders of security and rescue forces until officials can gauge the situation.

Palm Beach Elections Volunteer Arrested for Stealing Computer Equipment and Encrypted Access Key Ahead of Special Election Won by Democrat
A man accused of stealing election computer equipment in Palm Beach County was arrested on Saturday, authorities said.
John Panicci was charged with taking damaged computer equipment, supplies/electronic devices.
According to detectives, on Friday, they arrived at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office after receiving reports that sensitive computer equipment had been stolen.
During their investigation, detectives said that on March 19, the Elections Office was doing a training session for volunteers who were going to help with the election scheduled on March 24.
Detectives said that during the training session, Panicci stole an encrypted access key from a voter registration terminal.
The key that Panacci allegedly took was programmed only for the training databases, but there were concerns that if someone else could reverse engineer the encryption, they could then use it on a voter registration kiosk for malicious purposes.

'Incredibly Problematic' - Iran Destroys US AWACS Jet At Saudi Airbase
In a major feat that comes weeks after the White House claimed that Iran's ballistic missile capability had been "functionally destroyed," Iran has laid waste to one of only 16 American E-3 Sentry Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft in the world, sending $500 million worth of technology up in smoke and crimping the US military's ability to maintain situational awareness. The same attack also "damaged" several aerial refueling tankers and added a dozen service members to the tally of more than 300 who've been wounded in the month-long US-Israeli war on Iran. Thirteen have been killed.
In recent days, foreign satellite images showed what appeared to be major damage at Prince Sultan Air Base, a U.S. military base located in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia.
The images show damage on the base's main apron, which holds high-value aircraft.
According to military aviation aficionados, the identifier "OK 81-0005" visible on the severed tail confirms this particular aircraft was an E-3G named "Captain Planet," which deployed to the Middle East theater from Oklahoma's Tinker Air Force Base. It's not clear if any of the recently-wounded service members were associated with the aircraft, which was destroyed in a missile-and-drone attack on PSAB.
"The loss of this E-3 is incredibly problematic, given how crucial these battle managers are to everything from airspace deconfliction, aircraft deconfliction, targeting, and providing other lethal effects that the entire force needs for the battle space," Heather Penney, a former F-16 pilot and director of studies and research at AFA's Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies, told Air & Space Forces Magazine.

A U-turn by the UK’s broadcasting regulator Ofcom means it will investigate complaints of climate change denial on television and radio for the first time since 2017. The move marks a victory for campaigners who have accused the regulator of allowing some broadcasters “to spout dangerous climate lies” and “flout” rules on accuracy and impartiality.
The first point to make is that there are already rules in place to address factually inaccurate news reporting. But this is not what is at issue here.
OFCOM, it appears, now want to police free speech. Both of these new complaints concern the views of guests, not the journalists or presenters.
Guests on these sort of shows make all sorts of outlandish, and sometimes patently false, comments about all sorts of topics. That is their right. We still have something called freedom of speech in this country.
OFCOM does not get involved in these other cases, so why should they intervene when the topic is climate change?
This decision to intervene in free speech by OFCOM opens a whole new barrel of worms.

Israeli police prevented a Catholic Cardinal from celebrating Palm Sunday Mass at the church traditionally believed to have been built over the burial tomb of Jesus Christ, adding a new dynamic to the ongoing tensions in the Middle East.
Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, the Latin patriarch of Jerusalem, was traveling with the official guardian of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Fr. Francesco Ielpo, OFM, when they “were stopped en route, while proceeding privately and without any characteristics of a procession or ceremonial act,” according to an official statement.
“As a result, and for the first time in centuries, the Heads of the Church were prevented from celebrating the Palm Sunday Mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre,” the statement added.
Warning of the “grave precedent” the incident risks setting as “billions … this week, look to Jerusalem,” the statement notes how seriously local Church officials have complied with the restrictions imposed by the civil authorities, despite disruptions and inconveniences. The restrictions have not always been evenly implemented, Reuters reported, citing local residents. Muslim preachers during Ramadan and a Western Wall cleaning crew ahead of Passover, for example, were allowed access to their respective holy sites in certain circumstances.
“The Heads of the Churches have acted with full responsibility,” the statement continues, “and, since the outset of the war, have complied with all imposed restrictions: public gatherings were cancelled, attendance was prohibited, and arrangements were made to broadcast the celebrations to hundreds of millions of faithful worldwide, who, during these days of Easter, turn their eyes to Jerusalem and to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.”
“Preventing the entry of the Cardinal and the Custos, who bear the highest ecclesiastical responsibility for the Catholic Church and the Holy Places, constitutes a manifestly unreasonable and grossly disproportionate measure,” the statement went on to criticize. “This hasty and fundamentally flawed decision, tainted by improper considerations, represents an extreme departure from basic principles of reasonableness, freedom of worship, and respect for the Status Quo [sic].”
The cardinal went on the lead a simpler liturgical service in front of the Church of All Nations in Gethsemane. He blessed the City with a relic of the True Cross and called for “inner peace to flow from the heart of every Christian to the entire world, and especially to the Holy Land,” a subsequent post to X by the Church reads.

It’s like a pandemic: Weekly news reports of yet another teacher arrested for having an erotic relationship with a student – often a young, attractive female exploiting a teen male under the age of consent.
But this phenomenon of “educator sexual misconduct,” or ESM, is not as bad as it appears.
In fact, it’s worse.
Such stories evoke the prurient pop music theme found in the rock band Van Halen’s 1984 tune “Hot For Teacher.”
However, in the real world, the overwhelming majority of these criminal relationships are never disclosed and prosecuted, and their destructive impact on victims goes largely unreported.
It was “traumatic,” said Grant Strickland, a Greenville, North Carolina teen, one of the few boys to speak out years after a 33-year-old teacher Nicole Callaham allegedly groomed him in 2021 at age 14 with alcohol and marijuana into a two-year sexual relationship.
“I would never want someone to go through with what I went through,” he told reporters following a court hearing of his alleged abuser. “Because I don’t think most people would be showing up to survive it. Because I almost didn’t.”
In fact, exclusive interviews with leading researchers and forensic psychologists on the subject and an investigation by Breitbart News into the data reveals into that such sexual abuse is both underreported and understudied — despite being what one researcher called “a serious public health concern.”
The causes range from teacher shortages to undetected personality disorders in educators to what clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson has called the collapse of Western values and the embrace of “subjective morality,” inflamed by an online world where anything goes.
As for the numbers and trends, the Department of Education (DOE) study of 50 million students in nearly all of the 100,000 schools in the U.S., updated in 2022, showed a nearly 100 percent increase in educator rape or attempted rape since an earlier study published in 2004.
That statistic actually underestimates problem because only six percent of student victims disclose what they experience, a previous DOE study revealed.

Twice-Censored Landmark COVID-19 Vaccine Autopsy Study Fully Peer-Reviewed and Published
After enduring relentless censorship, our systematic review linking COVID-19 vaccines to death is now available for the entire world to read.
The largest COVID-19 vaccine autopsy study to-date, providing robust evidence that COVID-19 vaccines can cause death, has been officially republished following successful peer-review in the journal Science, Public Health Policy, and the Law: A Systematic Review Of Autopsy Findings In Deaths After COVID-19 Vaccination. This comes after unethical censorship on two occasions: first, removal from Preprints with the Lancet and later, withdrawal by Elsevier after publication in Forensic Science International.
Here’s what we found:
Background: The rapid development of COVID-19 vaccines, combined with a high number of adverse event reports, have led to concerns over possible mechanisms of injury including systemic lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and mRNA distribution, Spike protein-associated tissue damage, thrombogenicity, immune system dysfunction, and carcinogenicity. The aim of this systematic review is to investigate possible causal links between COVID-19 vaccine administration and death using autopsies and post-mortem analysis.
Methods: We searched PubMed and ScienceDirect for all published autopsy and organ-restricted autopsy reports relating to COVID-19 vaccination up until May 18th, 2023. All autopsy and organ-restricted autopsy studies that included COVID-19 vaccination as an antecedent exposure were included. Because the state of knowledge has advanced since the time of the original publications, three physicians independently reviewed each case and adjudicated whether or not COVID-19 vaccination was the direct cause or contributed significantly to death.
Results: We initially identified 678 studies and, after screening for our inclusion criteria, included 44 papers that contained 325 autopsy cases and one organ-restricted autopsy case (heart). The mean age of death was 70.4 years. The most implicated organ system among cases was the cardiovascular (49%), followed by hematological (17%), respiratory (11%), and multiple organ systems (7%). Three or more organ systems were affected in 21 cases. The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days. Most deaths occurred within a week from last vaccine administration. A total of 240 deaths (73.9%) were independently adjudicated as directly due to or significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination, of which the primary causes of death include sudden cardiac death (35%), pulmonary embolism (12.5%), myocardial infarction (12%), VITT (7.9%), myocarditis (7.1%), multisystem inflammatory syndrome (4.6%), and cerebral hemorrhage (3.8%).
Conclusions: The consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19 vaccine mechanisms of injury and death, coupled with autopsy confirmation by physician adjudication, suggests there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death. Further urgent investigation is required for the purpose of clarifying our findings.

The Federal Reserve, despite its government sounding name, is a private banking corporation owned by major central bankers who live in England and is NOT a government agency.
Created in 1913, the same year the income tax amendment was passed (no coincidence), this system enables the continuous theft of your purchasing power through a complex web of Treasury bonds, Federal Reserve checks written from empty accounts, and fractional reserve banking.
When the government needs money, it issues bonds — IOUs — that banks purchase. These banks then sell these bonds to the Federal Reserve, which creates currency out of thin air by writing checks on accounts with zero balances.
This newly created currency is multiplied through fractional reserve banking, where banks can lend out up to 90% of depositors' money while still showing the full amount in accounts.
This results in a monetary system requiring ever-increasing debt, with more debt in existence than currency to pay it off - a mathematical impossibility designed to enslave us through perpetual taxation.
Our founding fathers fought against central banking for this very reason, which is why the Constitution specified only gold and silver as money.
Today's system violates these principles, robbing us of our LIBERTY and transferring wealth to bankers who, as a former Bank of England director allegedly stated, "own the earth" and "with the flick of a pen will create enough money to buy it back again" if it's taken away.

Taxpayers fund radical SoCal group helping run city’s No Kings protest
Taxpayers are yet again helping fund disruptive activism in Los Angeles — this time the radicals planning to chaos across the city and county for Saturday’s “No Kings” protests, which organizers claim will be the biggest yet.
One the leading groups participating in the event is the Liberty Hill Foundation, a social justice nonprofit that receives $14 million in Los Angeles city funding for tenant outreach and housing programs.
Public filings show the group has donated tens of thousands of dollars to the ACLU of Southern California, raising further questions about taxpayer-supported organizations being used for radical political advocacy.
ACLU of Southern California is a civil rights legal organization that frequently challenges government policy through litigation and advocacy.
The group has filed multiple lawsuits against the City and County of Los Angeles over issues ranging from homelessness enforcement to civil liberties and policing practices.
Other big supporters of the No Kings protests are Unite Here Local 11 and SEIU Local 21, organizations with well documented ties to City Hall and alignment with the City Council’s progressive bloc, including radical socialists, Eunisses Hernandez and Hugo Soto-Martinez.
