even then the system itself has been corrupted, DA's hiding evidence, sherrifs and police complicit with fabrication. The trust is irrevocably broken. The issue is that there is no real coming back from this. People are in jail right now because of corrupt judges, some are out on more severe crimes and lesser ones in the clink. The balance is tilted. I really do not see how society repairs from this level of complicit damage.

total agreement. All foreign nationals should be stripped of their positions. If a bartender can be held culpable for serving a drunk, judges should be held to the same standard. Rating system is good. But to quote alan moore, who watches the watchmen. Especially when the people who have been currently tasked with oversight are just as fucking corrupt.
the problem i have with judges is since everything is partisan to a degree now, many states do not list what political party a judge is affiliated with, and in theory it should not matter, but those awake have been able to see the ways judgements are made and its always political or racial. It also makes it hard to vote when only one person is running sometimes unopposed, as well as finding out their rulings is more investigation than most people have.
one problem is however that we can not have a truly informed citizenry when the media is complicity hiding information from the people who need that to make decisions. Again DEI is what has made this nation rotten. Diverse immigration has ruined this country.
