Documents newly obtained by the Oversight Project from the Small Business Administration show the Biden-Harris administration labeled communications about Covid-era loans to Planned Parenthood under the code word “Benghazi” in order to thwart Freedom of Information Act requests, Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship Chair Joni Ernst (R-IA) revealed today.

Planned Parenthood – America’s largest abortion business – collected approximately $90 million in forgivable Paycheck Protection Program loans meant to provide emergency relief for small businesses shut down, even though they were ineligible by law. In January 2026 under the leadership of Administrator Kelly Loeffler, the Small Business Administration opened a review of loans forgiven under Biden, requiring Planned Parenthood affiliates to provide documentation or be disqualified.

Planned Parenthood’s most recent annual report shows they ended the lives of more than 434,000 unborn babies in 2023-24, an increase of more than 32,000 from the previous year, while their taxpayer funding hit $832 million or nearly $2.3 million per day.

All New Vehicles Sold In The U.S. Will Soon Be Equipped With An AI Kill Switch That Will Determine Whether You Are Allowed To Drive Or Not

Imagine that you just received a very alarming phone call and you are in a panic to get home. Unfortunately, since your eyes are wide and full of alarm because of the phone call that you just received, the AI kill switch in your vehicle will not allow you to drive anywhere. This is not a scenario which may or may not happen someday. This is already federal law. Section 24220 of the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that was signed by Joe Biden directed the NHTSA to establish permanent standards for impaired driving safety equipment on all new vehicles within three years. Fortunately, Congress gave the NHTSA some more time in 2024, but now another deadline is looming. If Congress does not act, very soon all new vehicles in the U.S. will come equipped with systems that determine who gets to drive and who does not get to drive.

Automakers are arguing that the technology still isn’t ready because it makes way too many mistakes.

Some drivers just naturally have eye or head movements that make them appear to be impaired in some way.

Of course others are extremely upset about this dystopian law because of how extremely intrusive it is.

Do we really want AI to track our eye and head movements every time we enter our vehicles?

Unfortunately, even though it has been on the books since 2021, most Americans have never even heard about this very alarming law…

The measure, often referred to as the Halt Drunk Driving Act, anticipated that as early as this year, auto companies would be required to roll out technology to “passively” detect when drivers are drunk or impaired and prevent their cars from operating. Regulators can choose from a range of options, including air monitors that sample the car’s interior for traces of alcohol, fingertip readers that measure a driver’s blood-alcohol level, or scanners that detect signs of impairment in eye or head movements.

Once the NHTSA sets the final rules, there is no going back.

At that point, it would take an act of Congress to overturn the law.

Recently, there was an effort to remove funding for the implementation of this measure, but that effort was soundly defeated…

A Republican-led effort to remove the Halt Act’s funding was defeated in the U.S. House last month by a 268-164 vote. Another bill to repeal it entirely awaits a committee vote.

Most of the opposition has stemmed from suggestions that the law would require manufacturers to equip cars with a “kill switch”. That would essentially allow them to “be controlled by the government,” Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis posted on the social platform X, drawing comparisons to George Orwell’s dystopian novel “1984.”

I honestly don’t think that Congress is going to do anything.

So we are going to be stuck with this change.

The goal of the law is to reduce the number of accidents caused by impaired drivers, but they are attempting to do this in the most dystopian way possible…

Tucked into a broader federal safety initiative is a requirement for impaired-driving detection technology in all new vehicles. The goal sounds simple enough: reduce crashes caused by drunk or fatigued drivers. It’s a problem that has been around for decades, and lawmakers are trying to address it with new technology.

To do that, automakers will need to install systems that monitor drivers in real time. These systems rely on cameras and sensors that track things like eye movement, head position, and overall attentiveness. It’s not just observing — it’s constantly analyzing what the driver is doing.

Some of us are easily distracted.

And some of us are often tired because we work all the time.

Does that mean that we are too “impaired” to drive our vehicles?

Under the new rules, AI will get to decide that.

In other words, you may be the one making payments on the vehicle, but a computer will decide whether you get to drive it or not…

If the system detects what it believes is impairment, it doesn’t just issue a warning and move on. In some cases, it could prevent the vehicle from starting or limit how it operates once you’re already driving. That means the car itself becomes the decision-maker, not the person in the driver’s seat.

For many drivers, that raises immediate concerns. It introduces a scenario where a machine decides whether you’re allowed to use something you own, based on its interpretation of your behavior.

I don’t want a computer to be interpreting my behavior every time I get behind the wheel of a vehicle.

Sydney concert to benefit Bondi terror victims canceled after choir opposes singing with Jewish group

Over half of Australian Hellenic Choir votes against joining Sydney Jewish Choral Society on stage; choir head: ‘Didn’t realize the extent of antisemitism in the local Greek community’

A choral concert fundraiser for the victims of the Bondi Beach terror attack at a Jewish event in Sydney has been canceled after local Greek singers opposed singing alongside their Jewish counterparts in the planned joint performance.

The two-hour benefit concert, titled Concert for Hope and Unity, was to feature the Australian Hellenic Choir together with the Sydney Jewish Choral Society in Sydney Town Hall on June 28, The Australian newspaper reported Monday.

However, last Monday, during rehearsals, a vote was taken and over half the Hellenic choir “politically objected” to performing with their Jewish counterparts, according to the report.

Others said they feared a possible attack on the event.

In December, Naveed Akram, 24, opened fire along with his father Sajid on a Hanukkah celebration on Sydney’s ‌Bondi Beach, killing 15 people. Sajid Akram was killed in a confrontation with police during the shooting. Their attack was inspired by the Islamic State terror group, according to police.

The concert was to raise money for the victims.

Jewish Choral Society chairwoman Anne Spira told members in a letter that the Hellenic Choir would not participate, and the concert was canceled.

“The result is, like many other Jews in the arts since 7 October, 2023, we have been canceled,” she told the Australian. “We have been de-platformed and it is deeply upsetting for us and for the broader Jewish community, who have been the target of anti-Jewish racism in this country for two and a half years.”

Spira made a submission on behalf of the choir to the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion, a government-backed inquiry set up to probe antisemitism in the country after the Bondi attack, The Australian reported.

“It’s not hard to imagine how we’re all feeling,”one unnamed choir memberwas cited as saying.

Former St. Louis Alderman Sentenced to 16 Months in Prison for Fraud, Lying to the FBI

ST. LOUIS – U.S. District Judge Henry E. Autrey on Tuesday sentenced former St. Louis Alderman Brandon Bosley to 16 months in prison for insurance fraud and lying to the FBI.

Judge Autrey also ordered Bosley to pay restitution of $6,253.90 to the insurance company that he defrauded.

Bosley, 38, was found guilty by a jury in U.S. District Court in St. Louis in January of three felony wire fraud charges and one count of making a false statement to the FBI. Evidence and testimony at trial showed that after an auto accident, Bosley hatched a scheme to defraud an insurance company by falsely inflating the cost of needed repairs and then lied when FBI agents asked him about it.

In September of 2021, Bosley’s 2010 Toyota Prius, which was parked, was hit by another vehicle. The drivers’ insurance company contacted Bosley in February of 2022 and told him that they would pay for the damage. Bosley then asked the auto repair shop owner who had sold him the used Prius for the deeply discounted price of $500 to prepare and submit an inflated repair estimate in exchange for a bribe, evidence and testimony showed. “Mark that (expletive) all the way up,” Bosley told the business owner during the conversation, which was captured on audio and video. Bosley also had discussions with the business owner about buying the car back if it was totaled and then paying the estimated repair costs of $2,000 to $2,200, thus retaining the car while fraudulently netting thousands of dollars, evidence and testimony showed.

After the insurance company balked at a $6,800 repair estimate, Bosley caused a second estimate of $4,333 to be submitted, the trial showed. The insurance company ultimately totaled the car and paid Bosley $7,978.90. At the time, he had $14.93 in his bank account. He lived off the insurance proceeds for about six weeks.

When FBI agents interviewed Bosley in the presence of his lawyer in March of 2023, Bosley repeatedly lied, jurors found during the trial. He falsely stated to agents that he never saw the two fraudulent repair bills that were prepared. He falsely claimed the repair estimates were not inflated and denied asking the business owner to inflate the repair estimates.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Hal Goldsmith wrote in a sentencing memo that “this criminal scheme was instigated, planned, designed, and carried out by Defendant once he was advised by the insurance carrier that there was money to be had for repairs to the damaged Prius automobile. From his very first conversation with the auto repair shop owner, without any idea of the extent of the necessary repairs, Defendant indicated that he wanted the Prius considered a total loss.” Bosley “used his position as an elected official in discussions with representatives of the insurance company, presumably to influence their decision on his claim,” the memo says. During the sentencing hearing, in requesting a sentence of imprisonment, Goldsmith advised the Court that, “the public is frustrated and fed up with these ticky-tacky fraud and bribery schemes committed by their elected officials,” “the public deserves some sense of justice here, and only a fair and just punishment will achieve that.”

The government’s sentencing memo also cites Missouri Ethics Commission findings from December that concluded that Bosley failed to report hundreds of improper expenditures for personal expenses, including gas, groceries and meals, made from two separate campaign accounts, at the time he was engaged in this insurance fraud. In recordings made by the business owner, Bosley also showed himself to be a racist and an antisemite, the memo adds.

Earlier today, in federal court in Brooklyn, Damon Jones pleaded guilty to two counts of wire fraud conspiracy in two separate cases: one count for his role in a scheme to use inside information derived from multiple National Basketball Association (NBA) teams, players and coaches, to profit from illegal betting activity; and one count for participating in a scheme to rig illegal poker games across the country. The loss amount for both cases totals more than $10 million. Jones was a professional basketball player with the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers from 2005 to 2008. After his playing career, Jones served on the coaching staffs of the Cavaliers and the Los Angeles Lakers. The proceedings were held before U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph A. Marutollo.

Homeland Security Task Force Investigation Results in 51-Defendant Indictment in Nationwide Black-Market Marijuana Trafficking Conspiracy

OKLAHOMA CITY – A federal indictment has been unsealed, charging 51 defendants across 67 counts for their roles in a conspiracy to manufacture black-market marijuana in Oklahoma and then distribute it throughout the United States, including Texas, Mississippi, Kansas, and North Carolina, announced U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester.

In a coordinated takedown late last week, more than 100 law enforcement personnel executed arrest warrants involving 51 defendants from Oklahoma, Texas, New York, North Carolina, Florida, Michigan, Kansas, Mississippi, and California. Of the indicted targets, 28 have been arrested and 23 remain fugitives. A full list of defendants can be viewed below, including at least 29 from China, some of whom have permanent legal resident status.

In addition to the arrests, law enforcement executed 22 search warrants in Oklahoma, Cleveland, Kingfisher, Stephens, Payne, and Okfuskee County, as well as in Michigan and Kansas. As a result of the searches, approximately 61,000 marijuana plants and 550 kilograms of processed marijuana were seized by law enforcement. During the execution of the warrants, approximately 13 non-citizens in addition to the 51 defendants charged were identified and turned over to immigration officials.

“This case underscores the threat posed by nationwide criminal organizations that exploit Oklahoma’s marijuana laws to produce and distribute large quantities of black-market marijuana across the country,” said U.S. Attorney Robert J. LAFAYETTE– On April 23, 2026, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Louisiana charged Jakob Marcoulier, a 22-year-old soldier stationed at Fort Polk, by criminal complaint with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce after he told people on the platform Discord that he would kill Jewish people in a synagogue. Marcoulier faces up to 5 years in federal prison for the charge.

“Threats against synagogues and Jewish Americans are threats to the religious freedom promised to every single one of us, and this Office and our law enforcement partners are committed to protecting those freedoms,” said United States Attorney Zachary A. According to court documents, FBI’s National Threat Operations Center received an online tip in February 2026 about a Discord user named “el.bostino” who had made threats toward synagogues. FBI secured recorded audio from Discord in which the individual, later determined to be Marcoulier, made these threats, stating among other things that “after this deployment if the Jews still have reign over our government, I am going to walk into a synagogue with my AK, with a 75-round drum mag, and all of my extra mags, with my level four plates, and my haka helmet that’s three plus, and I am going to kill every single Jew I know inside of that synagogue. And that’s my goal in life.” Marcoulier went on to emphasize the seriousness of his threats, saying among other things that “you guys will never do anything about but I will. I just have to finish this, I have to go back overseas and do what I have to do. And then you'll see me in the news. I promise you,” and that “you guys don’t want to do anything for the f[]ing cause when it actually needs to happen … I’ll still kill these mother[]ers in order to make sure the white youth is f[***]ing secured.” Marcoulier was arrested on April 23.

SoHo, on Southbank, was bombed by two teens, including one seen running from the venue as flames poured out. He was carrying a machete.

Bar Bambi, in ACDC Lane, a venue hugely popular with sportspeople and local celebrities — and which Drake hired out last year when he visited Melbourne — was targeted.

It would be set alight a week later.

On April 23, France-Soir — a sophisticated French bistro on Toorak Road in South Yarra — was the target of a suspected arson attempt foiled by passers-by who noticed a pair of individuals loitering with a jerry can.

A distillery, 80 Proof in Keysborough, erupted in flames about 10.30pm on April 24.

And on April 26, footage emerged of the moment arsonists jumped from a vehicle and set Bar Up alight. The popular Chapel Street venue was engulfed in flames around 5am and completely destroyed.

Scientist warns newest WHO agreement will lead to repeated lockdowns: Australia to sign in May

A former lead scientist at the World Health Organization has warned that a new WHO agreement on how countries respond to pandemics will lead to repeated lock down-style restrictions.

His warning comes as the WHO prepares for talks in Geneva on Monday to finalize a sweeping pandemic treaty that aims to cover surveillance systems, pathogen sharing and rapid vaccine rollout targets.

Dr David Bell, a former WHO scientific officer and lead author of a new report, said the system could steer the UK and other countries back toward Covid-era measures. These include school and business closures, mask mandates, quarantines and large-scale vaccination campaigns—steps that were not part of standard pandemic planning before 2020.

MSN reports: He said: “It is inevitable that we will end up in repeated lockdowns because of how the system is set up.”

Dr Bell warned that the increased WHO funding, which is specifically earmarked for expanded pandemic threat surveillance and rapid-response triggers could escalate potential threats more quickly into full-scale interventions.

The UK is one of the largest contributors to the WHO, committing hundreds of millions through direct funding and international partnerships. The authors of the report say that means British taxpayers are helping fund a pandemic response they may later be subjected to again.

They are calling for the WHO completely overhauled or “replaced by an organisation better able to serve country needs.”.

Their new report – by the International Health Reform Project – calls for reform of the WHO, arguing it is too heavily tied to pandemic threat response programmes such as vaccines and diagnostics, shaped by a relatively small group of powerful public, private and public-private funders.

The report highlights how large-scale contributions to the WHO are frequently channelled into targeted initiatives – particularly vaccines, diagnostics and surveillance systems – with a significant proportion of funding earmarked for specific objectives rather than broader health needs which could save more lives.

Critics say this concentration of funding risks aligning global health priorities with the interests and models of its major funding partners, rather than broader health outcomes – and could also mean threats are identified and acted on more quickly through expanded surveillance systems.

Dr Bell, former director of the Bill Gates funded development laboratory- the Global Good Fund, said: “The British taxpayer is funding a system that is looking for theoretical threats that will then be used to justify locking them down and making them pay for vaccines.”

He added: “It would be better that they put more money into the NHS.”

Co-author Professor Garrett Wallace Brown, a current WHO advisor and global public health expert at Leeds University, said funding flows are shaping global health priorities.

He said: “These large sums of money from private organisations and from government organisations have skewed the agenda.”

He added: “If you’re pumping in the largest donations to technical solutions, surveillance and vaccines it is inevitable you will have little choice but to do what is specified for it. It’s basic economics.”

They say this creates a system where what gets funded – and what produces measurable results – increasingly drives decision-making, rather than what delivers the greatest overall health impact.
