This is a complicated question but formally most Asian Countries are not considered Persian this elongated most anything in the Middle East.

India not Asian however it has some Asian people in it. I do not believe this but I do believe that they want good trade relations and cultural ties. Although Hawaii is like a good area for tourism it is not for major international trade to physically take place. No offense I do not know if this is the real governor is all it is not because it could not be I just well do not know. I believe they created a fake construct in areas seen where they had their pictures taken down in building so on which was unusual so to speak.
