Just GRID the entire US and remove all congressional maps.

Who ever wins the majority of grids becomes a congressional member (per each states allocations).

Why do House members "represent a district" when CLEARLY they go to congress and vote on behalf of the entire state, not just their district. (Florida currently has 28 U.S. House representatives in the 119th Congress and they all carry exactly 1 full vote.) We don't need districts.

Or, to make it easier….. just list everyone on the ballot (no districts) and who ever gets the most votes wins.

-What is the policy on COG being implemented, and how it affects the presidency? (From one admin to the next) Once a president implements it, and MI takes over…. who un-does it? What signifies the end of COG?

-What if COG was implemented prior to POTUS45? Say, by Reagan…..or even further back? Does that make ALL the next presidencies null and void? Is the president "just a figure head" during COG- meaning they were never "officially" president…. and could run again once COG is removed?
