Lawsuits were created in the 70's or 80's for R's to rig the election so that the R party could NEVER again, challenge election fraud.
Imagine the foresight in allowing one party to ensure the other could never claim, sue, or prosecute KNOWN voter fraud.
Seriously, whoever it was that engineered that move, and took moves to benefit from it deserves the firing squad.
