Trump’s IRS Settlement Bars Tax Audits Of Trump & Family. 35 Former Judges Ask for Investigation

President Trump, two of his sons, and the Trump family business agreed filed lawsuit alleging that the IRS and its parent agency, the US Department of the Treasury, had failed to prevent a former contractor from leaking Trump’s tax returns to the media. The Trumps’ $10 billion lawsuit, and two administrative claims that they filed for damages “resulting from the unlawful raid of Mar-a-Lago and the Russia-collusion hoax,” were dropped.

In exchange, the IRS agreed that it would no longer pursue claims against Trump, members of his family, or his businesses over allegedly unpaid taxes.

The settlement also included a $1.8 billion Anti-Weaponization Fund would be established to compensate alleged victims of the weaponization of law enforcement. Some critics are concerned that J6 protesters and conservatives could be compensated.

A bipartisan group of 35 federal judges asked a federal court to reopen the case and investigate whether the two parties’ $1.8 billion out-of-court settlement was an act of fraud against the court that could enable Trump to funnel payments to his political allies.

Larry Ellison, 81, is the co-founder of Oracle and is worth $270 billion. IBM built the technology that Oracle is based upon. In 1977, his fledging company won its first major contract to build a database for the Central Intelligence Agency. The project’s code name was Oracle.

He organized data and learned that human behavior follows patterns and is predictable. It is worth billions.

Ellison is building the pipes that information flows through…if you’ve been to a hospital, if you’ve applied for a loan, or if you’ve used TikTok, your data has been processed by Oracle.

His model is to fuse everything known about a person into one searchable profile that is closely linked to police records. American protest data from the NATO summit in Chicago in 2012 became the training data for Chinese surveillance.

Freed Gaza Flotilla Activists Allege Israeli Abuse Including Rape; Israel Denies Claims

430 activists released from Israeli custody after being detained on a flotilla for trying to break Israel’s blockade on Gaza were subjected to abuse. Several were hospitalized with injuries and at least 15 reported sexual assaults, including rape.

Warning: very disturbing content.

The organizers of the aid shipment issued a statement alleging that Israelis threw detainees into containers on a prison ship and beat them over the head and ribs. The statement added that “at least 12 sexual assaults have been documented on that vessel alone, including anal rape and forcible penetration by a handgun.”

Israel denies the allegations. There is a history of rape accusations against Israelis. In 2024, guards at the Sde Teiman military base and prison in Israel were accused of raping and torturing a Palestinian man. Video tape of the event was later released. ~ JW Williams
