Used to be, all you had to do was find your own cave and chase the bear out…ahh, the good ole days…
They had $1.25 to their name. Only about 25% owned a home, the rest rented a room at a boarding house…go see what percentage of people own their own homes today…its not that bad. I purchased my first home in the middle 90's…guess what the interest rate was then… it's not that bad. Make good choices and its not that hard to outperform the majority of people…unless you are low IQ. Never the less, I am counting on the robots to take over all the work so I can go fishing all day…
