When does the job market get better for middle aged men?
I've actually had two interviews in the last two weeks, multiple calls from others, so it isn't so terrible I guess. I just don't want to quit without having something lined up. I'm worried I'm going to punch my current boss in the mouth though. I'm sure many can sympathize lol. It's an exercise in patience, but patience is whats kept me at this dead end job for too long. Threading the damn needle here.
