Everything is over taxed. Property is the worst for people lucky enough to own.
I am more than fortunate as I inherited a prop 13 home. Otherwise, I would be paying 9x what I am paying now. I would have to move out of the state, if I wanted a different place.
Idiots in my county just added another 1/2 cent to the gas tax and in July it is going to jump again.
If I didn't live in an almost perfect location, I would be gone already.
