Senate is supposed to be on vacation from 29th through July 10th, The house July 3rd through 10th.

The second is August 10th - September 11th.

I keep thinking about the line it is about "The Break" and i might be conflating that with the posts "it's about the midterms"

North Carolina and Minnesota are the two states that have the largest early voting window north Carolina being 60 days according to google. Most states are 45 days. Some have suggested trump order that ballots not be delivered as it is now not the federal governments responsibility to participate in local elections but that would have to be in place before the ballots are delivered.

This dating falls during congresses second break.
