Draft all the anchor babies that reach the age of 18 and make them go fight the cartels in Mexico.
Deport all illegal aliens along with their anchor babies. When the anchor babies reach the age of 18 they can claim their citizenship. There is no law that say's they have to be raised in the USA, especially if their parents are not citizens.
