SCOTUS Affirms Birthright Citizenship, Rejects Trump’s Executive Order

The U.S. Supreme Court voted 5-4 on Tuesday to reject President Donald Trump’s reform of the nation’s birthright citizenship policy, which now grants the huge prize of citizenship to nearly all infants born in the United States, even if the parents are illegal migrants or temporary visitors.
The long 194-page Trump v. Barbara decision says Trump’s order violates the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.
In January 2025, Trump rejected the claimthat nearly all births on U.S soil count for citizenship:
the privilege of United States citizenship does not automatically extend to persons born in the United States: (1) when that person’s mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth, or (2) when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States at the time of said person’s birth was lawful but temporary (such as, but not limited to, visiting the United States under the auspices of the Visa Waiver Program or visiting on a student, work, or tourist visa) and the father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth.
The older practice made sense in the 1800s when the United States was far more isolated by geography from competing foreign nations and cultures. Those barriers have largely been eliminated by aircraft and mass electronic media.
But the continuation of the loose policy has been used by many foreigners to grab slices of Americans’ citizenship for their children — and eventually, for themselves via naturalization as parents of a citizen — by entering the country before childbirth, either via temporary work and tourist visas or by illegal entry.
Millions of infants with no parental connection to the United States have gained citizenship via this route, much to the advantage of the Democratic Party, various business interests, as well as foreign governments, such as those of China and India.
Each such arrival has taken political power and civic clout from ordinary Americans, especially from Americans living in coastal cities or along the Texas border. Those births have helped shift political and cultural power leftward, often toward a direct rejection of Americans’ free-speaking, independent culture.
For example, Zohran Mamdani’s election victory in migrant-crowded New York is difficult to imagine without the loose policy of birthright citizenship.

Here We Go… Duplicate Ballots Sent Out in Green Bay, WI for Primary Election – For the Second Time This Year!Jim Hoft Jun. 30, 2026
In the same week that the US Supreme Court legitimized late-arriving ballots in US elections, news broke in Wisconsin that duplicate ballots had been sent to voters in Green Bay.
What a farce. Everyone knows mail-in ballots result in increased risk of fraud – but the geniuses in the US Supreme Court don’t seem a bit concerned.
FOX 11 reported that this was not the first time this happened this year.
For the second time in 2026, the city of Green Bay has accidently sent duplicate ballots to some voters across the city.
The city of Green Bay announced early Sunday evening that residents across the city have started to receive their mail-in ballots for the August primary election.
However, some of the residents who received one of the 5,084 total ballots also received an additional ballot.
The city says its staff became aware of the issue on Saturday that some voters in wards 11a, 12a, 37a, 44-47 and part of ward 43 received a duplicate ballot.
It was not disclosed how many residents were sent duplicate ballots.
The Gateway Pundit has reported on shady elections taking place in Green Bay since 2020.

We then reported that emails revealed that Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, Wisconsin state lead for the National Vote at Home Institute, was given secret internet access to the hotel convention center where ballots were counted in Green Bay.
Then in October a group of local Wisconsin patriots who call themselves 'Wisconsin HOT' uncovered another major elections scandal in Wisconsin. A Racine Clerk worked with a former Facebook employee to create an app to track votes in real-time before the 2020 election. The former Facebook employee was Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein. Rubenstein asked to get into 'WisVote' per an email obtained by Wisconsin HOT.
Information in this email was received from the City of Racine, Wisconsin in a record request made on March 20, 2021, by H.O.T. This information was posted at www.hotgoverment.com.

Dem Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia Claims Transphobia is ‘An Offense to the Glory of God’ by Mike LaChance

Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia, a Democrat, recently spoke to members of a synagogue in Los Angeles and claimed that transphobia is violence against humanity and divinity and an offense to the glory of God.
First, transphobia is a stupid word. People who object to the trans agenda do not fear trans people. They just don’t want it pushed on their kids in schools. They don’t want their wives and daughters to have to share intimate spaces with biological men.
Second, aren’t trans people the ones who are denying God by interfering with His creation?They are the ones who are permanently altering their bodies, which were created by God, in His image.
Warnock is a pastor. You would think he’d know better.

Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) addressed the IKAR synagogue in Los Angeles and used the opportunity to deliver a host of observations excoriating those who, in his opinion, exercise homophobia and transphobia.
Warnock, a Baptist pastor, joined Rabbi Sharon Brous in a public exchange after his initial sermon,but not before he espoused his condemnation for those that oppose his views, saying “transphobia” is “violence not only against humanity but against divinity. It is an offense to the glory of God.”
Warnock later confessed he had to chasten some of those within his own church and community for their views because, “that church is as homophobic as anybody.”…

“I’m a pro-LGBTQ+ pastor who understands that no one is free until we are all free,” Warnock tweeted during his 2020 campaign against former Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA).
The Democrats are never going to let go of this issue.
The instant they regain power, they will pick up exactly where they left off before the 2024 election. They do not care what the public thinks about this at all. They just want to do what they want.
