Assume she was in the passenger seat (they call it the death seat for a reason).
Whoever was in the back declined treatment.
She is dead.
The accident sounds legit so going to go with high speed trauma. If your door takes the hit (culvert in this case) that impact is transferred to your body. Not the same as being strapped in a seat belt with no blunt force trauma.
Was it alleged she was a victim? Never heard of her until tonight.
