Can someone explain to me why when a federal court ruled NJ is violating the constitution, NJ has almost a month to decide whether to appeal to Scotus before they have to obey the constitution and stop enforcing their unconstitutional law?
Why is NJ allowed to keep enforcing an unconstitutional law while they decide if they want to appeal?
