The right to not incriminate yourself is not the only right allowing you not to testify against yourself. Freedom of speech includes freedom from coerced speech. Even with a pardon you absolutely do not have to speak.

He doesn't have to testify with or without the pardon.
Under color of what law do they claim he has to testify if he accepts the pardon?
Not a supreme court opinion… under color of what LAW does he have to speak?
Coerced speech is a violation of the 1st amendment, no matter what the lawless court claims. The court can only enforce law by congress, and congress is forbidden from creating that law.
The court can't make up it's own laws, even though people have been deceived into believing they can.
It can't lawfully be enforced when challenged. Doing so would fall under 18 USC 242.
>calling your senator, and telling him to pass it.
Not who you responded to… but why would we call our senator and tell them to pass a law that violates the rights of millions of Americans?
Hate free speech huh?
Where'd you come up with that nonsense?
People are absolutely responsible for handing themselves over to corrupt government.
Who did Jesus say committed the greater sin?
The one who handed Him over.
No one took His life…He gave it.
