Around 100 Givati Brigade soldiers reportedly mutinied at the Sde Teiman base, abandoning their weapons and walking out just before deployment to Gaza.

The walkout was triggered after commanders removed battalion commemorative plaques bearing nicknames such as “Angels of Death,” “Demons,” and “vampires.”

The battalion had recently returned from Lebanon. The Israeli military has opened an investigation, while Maariv called itthe largest mutiny in Israeli military history.

But reports are saying those signs depicted SATAN!

The commander told them they had until 4PM to come back or they would face punishment.

Their response: “When you break the symbols, you break the spirit. We will not stay silent.”
