When Marty first arrives at the mall, it's the Twin Pines Mall and the time is 1:16 (an inverted 9/11)

When he comes back early to save Doc, it's the Lone Pine Mall.

Now in real life in NJ in 2022, two counties merged into one, Pine Hill and Pine Valley.

Pine Hill + Pine Valley =

Twin Pines + Hill Valley

Hill Valley is where Marty lived

Twin Pines was the mall

Donald Trump's Bedminster Club was previously owned by John Delorian. He even parked the time machine version in front of his club for an event.

When the older Marty gets fired, there's multiple YOU'RE FIRED, YOUR FIRED, YOUR FIRED (Trump's signature line on the Apprentice) coming through by voice, by fax, and on screen.
