JUST IN: 16 State AGs are putting the Big 4 accounting firms on notice over their woke activism 👇

 

The AGs sent letters to @Deloitte, @PwCUS, @EY_US, and @KPMG

warning that these firms' individual and collective activism potentially violates state law, state and federal contracts, their duty of independence, and their duties of integrity and objectivity by creating conflicts of interest.

 

Translation: these Big 4 accounting firms were caught prioritizing woke activism over serving their customers and financially benefitting from forcing costly requirements onto their customers — all while they claim to be independent/objective, which they clearly are not.

 

@ConsumersFirst fully supports the AGs stepping in to hold these firms accountable for putting activism ahead of consumers and the small businesses they are supposed to serve.

The U.S. military is preparing for the first execution in more than 60 years — and Army Major Nidal Hasan is on the list.

 

Hasan carried out the 2009 Fort Hood massacre, killing 13 people (including an unborn child) and wounding more than 30 others while shouting “Allahu Akbar.” He targeted unarmed soldiers at a readiness processing center as they prepared for deployment.

 

He was convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder, stripped of his rank, and sentenced to death. He has been on death row at Fort Leavenworth for over a decade and has shown no remorse.

 

The Army has developed plans (including “Operation Resolute Justice”) to carry out military executions if authorized by the President. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has publicly expressed commitment to seeing Hasan’s death sentence carried out. Hasan’s final appeals have been exhausted.

 

If approved and carried out, it would mark the first U.S. military execution since 1961.

 

Thirteen American service members never came home because of Hasan’s jihadist attack on his own fellow soldiers. Justice has been delayed for far too long.
