Mysterious Cluster of UFOs Filmed in Mexico

A mesmerizing video from Mexico shows a cluster of mysterious red lights that lit up the sky over a community.

 

According to a local media report, the bewildering scene was posted on social media last week with the claim that it was filmed by a railroad worker in the state of San Luis Potosí earlier this month.

 

In the footage (seen above), the puzzling orbs blink on and off before fully illuminating as they move across the sky in a rather unusual fashion.

 

Since appearing online, the video has gone viral on social media in Mexico, with all manner of theories being offered for what the weird lights could have been.

 

Setting aside the extraterrestrial hypothesis, which some have embraced, others have suggested the odd orbs could have been drones, lanterns, or a natural phenomenon such as earthquake lights or possibly even ball lightning.

Donald Trump Alien Revelation: Are Extraterrestrials Hiding Under the Sea?

Is Donald Trump prepping to blow the lid off of extraterrestrial secrets? It’s possible that he already has.

 

Jack Osbourne, son of the late Ozzy Osbourne and attender of this summer’s repulsive White House UFC fight, says that Trump spilled the beans in private.

Are aliens lurking beneath our planet’s oceans?

What did Donald Trump allegedly disclose?

 

On Sunday, August 23, Jack Osbourne claimed that he has a friend who speaks weekly to Trump.

According to Osbourne, this friend has told him that Trump spilled the beans on aliens.

 

Allegedly, there are extraterrestrials on Earth — hiding in Earth’s oceans.

The International Business Times reports that Osbourne claimed that Trump told his friend that the government does not know what the alleged extraterrestrials actually are.

Instead, he allegedly shared: “We have no idea what they are, but they’re in the ocean.”

 

Trump did direct US agencies to release government files related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon.

(Whether this was truly part of a transparency pledge or an unsuccessful attempt to divert attention from the Epstein Files is anyone’s guess.)

Though there is baffling UAP-related footage that seems to suggest some sort of extraterrestrial technology appearing on radar, nothing has been proven.

 

NASA has additionally confirmed finding no credible evidence of extraterrestrial life. Any signs of possible life within our own solar system but beyond our planet appears to be of the microbial variety.

Osbourne seems to believe that Trump made this disclosure and that it is true. But is it?

 

Are extraterrestrials lurking beneath the waves?

Like everyone else reporting, we here at THG cannot confirm any part of this story.

We cannot confirm that Donald Trump speaks to this unknown individual every Saturday, or that he made this claim about extraterrestrials hiding beneath the waves.

Similarly, we cannot confirm that this man then spilled these presumably state secrets to Jack Osbourne.

(It is worth noting that Osbourne was promoting Spark.TV when he said this, which is his very own paranormal channel. So … there are questions about his motives.)

 

With 80% of the ocean uncharted and largely unknown, it seems like a likely place for aliens to hide if they wished to visit us, had the means to do so, and for some reason wished to conceal their presence.

Jack Osbourne has made untrue claims in the past. For example, mere weeks ago, he falsely accused journalist Kat Tenbarge of using an AI slop engine to write an article. Clearly a false and defamatory allegation, even if he believed it.

Presuming, however, that Osbourne is accurately conveying what his alleged friend told him about a conversation, that still does not make it true.

 

First, this is a game of telephone, with information risking being garbled along the way. Second, Donald Trump is a consummate liar.

Third, Trump’s cognitive abilities have been rapidly decaying for all to witness for years. The guy refers to Hannibal Lecter as his friend. He takes naps on live television during important events.

It is both exciting and scary to imagine extraterrestrials visiting our planet, especially if for benevolent purposes. But someone more trustworthy and with better judgment than either Trump or Osbourne would make for a more reliable source on what governments actually know.

Are UAP Orbs Material Objects or Adversary Drones? – Investigation Targets the ‘Living Light’ Mystery

For years, officials, scientists, and commentators have largely treated every unexplained aerial anomaly as a possible object: a drone, aircraft, balloon, sensor artifact, advanced technology, or a physical craft with unknown material composition.

But witnesses describing genuine orb encounters, oftentimes at low altitude, are describing something different: not a conventional object at all, but a luminous, apparently self-directed presence—a concentrated light formation exhibiting movement, responsiveness, and behavior that some observers compare to an animal or fish moving through its environment.

That distinction is not proof that the phenomena are alive. It is, however, a distinction that a serious national-security investigation cannot afford to ignore.

 

The Reported Orb Pattern

Across accounts, the reported phenomena are not limited to distant lights in the sky. Witnesses describe smaller luminous spheres moving close to homes, roads, trees, and people.

Their reported movement is often described as incoherent when judged by normal aviation standards: not flying from Point A to Point B, not holding an obvious course, and not acting like a conventional aircraft conducting a mission.

Instead, observers describe abrupt gliding movements, hovering, directional changes, apparent curiosity, and periods of stillness.

 

That is why some witnesses compare the behavior to a fish, bird, predator, or other animal moving through unfamiliar terrain—not because a witness can scientifically prove the orb is a living organism, but because the movement appears responsive rather than mechanical.

That comparison deserves to be examined.

 

An animal does not move through the jungle like a helicopter. A fish does not move through water like a freight train. Each demonstrates fluid, adaptive movement in response to an environment.

If a reported luminous orb is maneuvering through trees, holding position, reacting to people or animals, and changing direction with precision, the first duty of investigators is to determine whether the behavior is real, measurable, repeatable, and independently recorded.

If it is, the next duty is to determine what mechanism or organism could produce it.

 

The “Living Light” Hypothesis

Light, in the ordinary scientific sense, is electromagnetic radiation.

A light source can be produced by a physical object, combustion, ionized gas, plasma, reflection, electrical discharge, a camera artifact, or an unknown process. The presence of visible light does not establish the nature of its source.

Yet a phenomenon that appears as light, rather than as a conventionally visible vehicle, must not automatically be forced into a material-craft model.

 

A serious hypothesis tree should include:

Conventional or classified technology, including drones, counter-drone systems, illumination devices, or sensor systems.

Atmospheric, electrical, plasma, or optical phenomena.

Misidentification, perspective error, parallax, camera-processing artifacts, and other sensor limitations.

An unknown energy-based phenomenon exhibiting apparent autonomy.

Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb has argued that unexplained UAP orbs deserve a national-security response, saying publicly that government sources told him they could not explain the phenomena as human-made technology. Loeb’s public statement

That is a legitimate concern. Unknown aerial activity near civilians, military ranges, aircraft, or sensitive infrastructure must be treated as a potential safety and security issue until characterized.

But a technology-first model has a potential blind spot: it may assume the anomaly is fundamentally a manufactured object waiting to be identified.

 

If an orb is only light, a plasma-like formation, an energy phenomenon, a sensor effect, or an unknown autonomous process, then asking only whether it is a craft risks asking the wrong first question.

Loeb should not be faulted for pursuing technical inquiry. Technical inquiry is necessary.

But any national-security study of orbs should formally include and test the possibility that certain reported phenomena do not fit a traditional aircraft, spacecraft, or hardware model.

The answer is not to abandon science. The answer is to make the hypothesis tree broader, more disciplined, and more falsifiable.

Analysis and Assessment

The orb phenomenon cannot be responsibly reduced to one explanation.

Some reports will prove to be conventional objects, misidentifications, atmospheric events, or sensor artifacts. Others may remain unresolved because the data is inadequate.

And a small category may ultimately force investigators to confront a possibility that current models are not built to recognize: a luminous phenomenon that appears less like a machine and more like an autonomous presence.

 

That does not establish that the lights are alive.

It establishes why the question must be investigated with more rigorous study, assessment, the chain-of-custody discipline of a legal case, and the intellectual flexibility of an investigator who understands that evidence—not assumption—must decide what the phenomenon is.

Lamb island is one of 3 islands (along with its sister islands Fidra and Craigleith) whose alignment MIRRORS the layout of both the Giza PYRAMIDS and ORION’S BELT

And it also has mythological links to the legendary Egyptian princess SCOTA, who is said to have travelled to Scotland and buried some kind of precious “treasure” on Lamb island!

There also mythic tales that link the island to King Arthur, the Stone of Destiny/Tara, Leylines and other ancient sites.

 

North Berwick and Lamb Island have long been known as UFO-sighting hotspots.

For instance - on the 11th of September 2022, at around 11am, witnesses reported seeing a UFO DIVE INTO THE SEA around 200 meters from my Lamb island!

Immediately afterwards a military destroyer ship was dispatched to investigate, and sailors with space protective gear were reported to have been seen on board! And WOW today a navy ship has been seen next toLamb!!!

 

But here’s the most incredible part – I believe that the “treasure” that the Egyptian princess Scota is believed to have buried on the island was NOT gold or diamonds or any kind of normal “treasure”.

I believe it was some kind of precious and highly guarded Ancient Egyptian TECHNOLOGY…an advanced form of technology, energy or knowledge that was perhaps involved in the building of the pyramids and other ancient sites!

And a “treasure” that I also believe may also be directly related to the energy or technology that is used by UFOs/UAPs.

 

So, what, exactly, may be buried on Lamb Island?

Coud it be some kind of ancient BATTERY or “re-charger” that houses an advanced source of energy?

Maybe the UFOs that have been spotted in the area are visiting the island because they can use the island to “re-fuel” and restore their energy?

Or maybe there are buried scrolls or tablets on the island that contain INSTRUCTIONS about how to harness and control an unknown form of energy that our ancestors knew how to control?

Or maybe, the “treasure” was actually an ancient “UFO” that is now buried on the island - hidden there by Princess Scota thousands of years ago!

Maybe the ENTIRE ISLAND is simply a “garage” or artificial shell, that was designed to house and store an ancient yet advanced craft or technology!

 

Perhaps my entire Lamb Island is actually a real UFO!

While I was there, I planted a crystal that once belonged to Albert Einstein and I also dowsed for energy.

I could definitely feel that Lamb was a place of IMMENSE power! And I felt that the island sits at a charged intersection of ancient mystery, energy lines, and openness to non-human intelligence.

Because of this, in my micro nation’s constitution, I established and specifically declared special friendship towards peaceful extraterrestrials, who may land upon or pass over my territory or use its underwater space, unhindered, and use it to communicate with humankind.

But he recognized in those sounds, the diapason, the diapente, and the diatessaron, harmony. He saw, however, that the sound which was between the diatessaron and the diapente was itself by itself dissonant, yet, nevertheless, gave completion to that which was the greater sound among them. Being delighted, therefore, to find that the thing which he was anxious to discover had succeeded to his wishes by divine assistance, he went into the brazier’s shop, and found by various experiments, that the difference of sound arose from the magnitude of the hammers, but not from the force of the strokes, nor from the figure of the hammers, nor from the transposition of the iron which was beaten. When, therefore, he had accurately examined the weights and the equal counterpoise of the hammers, he returned home, and fixed one stake diagonally to the walls, lest if there were many, a certain difference should arise from this circumstance, or in short, lest the peculiar nature of each of the stakes should cause a suspicion of mutation. Afterwards, from this stake he suspended four chords consisting of the same materials, and of the same magnitude and thickness, and likewise equally twisted. To the extremity of each chord also he tied a weight. And when he had so contrived, that the chords were perfectly equal to each other in length, he afterwards alternately struck two chords at once, and found the before-mentioned symphonies, viz. a different symphony in a different combination. For he discovered that the chord which was stretched by the greatest weight, produced, when compared with that which was stretched by the smallest, the symphony diapason. But the former of these weights was twelve pounds, and the latter six. And, therefore, being in a duple ratio, it exhibited the consonance diapason; which the weights themselves rendered apparent. But again, he found that the chord from which the greatest weight was suspended compared with that from which the weight next to the smallest depended, and which weight was eight pounds, produced the symphony diapente. Hence he discovered that this symphony is in a sesquialter ratio, in which ratio also the weights were to each other. And he found that the chord which was stretched by the greatest weight, produced, when compared with that which was next to it in weight, and was nine pounds, the symphony diatessaron, analogously to the weights. This ratio, therefore, he discovered to be sesquitertian; but that of the chord from which a weight of nine pounds was suspended, to the chord which had the smallest weight [or six pounds,] to be sesquialter. For 9 is to 6 in a sesquialter ratio. In like manner, the chord next to that from which the smallest weight depended, was to that which had the smallest weight, in a sesquitertian ratio, [for it was the ratio of 8 to 6,] but to the chord which had the greatest weight, in a sesquialter ratio [for such is the ratio of 12 to 8.] Hence, that which is between the diapente and the diatessaron, and by which the diapente exceeds the diatessaron, is proved to be in an epogdoan ratio, or that of 9 to 8. But either way it may be proved that the diapason is a system consisting of the diapente in conjunction with the diatessaron, just as the duple ratio consists of the sesquialter and sesquitertian, as for instance, 12, 8, and 6; or conversely, of the diatessaron and the diapente, as in the duple ratio of the sesquitertian and sesquialter ratios, as for instance 12, 9, and 6. After this manner, therefore, and in this order, having conformed both his hand and his hearing to the suspended weights, and having established according to them the ratio of the habitudes, he transferred by an easy artifice the common suspension of the chords from the diagonal stake to the limen of the instrument, which he called chordotonon. The oilfield workers around my area are made fun of for compensating for something when they get a lift kit for their new trucks. Usually average-sized males that do it and get picked on. Though I do understand the need for that if they're taking their personal vehicles out to a lease why they'd need that lift kit, but a lot of them don't even take their trucks out to the lease, they just do it for show in town and to look from high above down to regular vehicle drivers, makes 'em feel like they're driving a semi. The remains of another tragic 9/11 victim have been identified thanks to a groundbreaking forensic approach, bringing closure to her grieving relatives after nearly 25 years, city officials said Monday.

Officials said the woman, whose name was withheld at the request of her family, is the 1,654th victim to have their remains identified since the horrific terrorist attack.

“A quarter century after the day that forever changed our world, we are keeping the promise to identify those who died at the World Trade Center in 2001 and return them to their loved ones,” said Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jason Graham in a press release.

The woman was ID’d through a crucial new method called “forensic investigative genetic genealogy,” or FIGG, officials said.

The technique combines DNA technology and genealogical investigation and involves the city’s Office of the Medical Examiner collaborating with the NYPD’s Investigate Genetic Genealogy Squad.

Officials said the approach has allowed researchers to also identify the recently discovered remains of three victims, providing additional closure for their families.

The ME’s office said identifying the remains of victim is a “sacred commitment.”

Officials called the FIGG system a “promising addition” to their toolkit in identifying the remains of nearly 1,100 victims of the attack.

“We will continue to work until every possible answer is found and every family that has been waiting can have the clarity and closure they deserve,” Mayor Zohram Mamdani said in a statement.

Reports are currently claiming it was aired via Iran's IRIB network (Ch.3), but it is not locatable in any external-facing Iran state social media (including IRIB's pages). Here's what NY Post wrote earlier:

This claim is misleading as Al Bawaba itself solely sources (via link/embed) to Israel's Ch.14. The same NYP report also references EuroNews - the latter which also simply echoes the original Ch.14 report, but withing providing any links or direct sourcing.

 

As the alleged clip spreads, some mainstream conservative voices are pushing it, while also trying to get Trump's ear, arguing for renewed military attacks on Iran. An important question remains: is there any evidence the below clip actually originated or aired in Iranian state media?

Federal Appeals Court Rules In Favor Of James O'Keefe Over Undercover Reporting

 

A U.S. appeals court has entered a judgment in favor of James O'Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, and a Project Veritas reporter.

 

A split panel of U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit judges said on Aug. 21 that a district court judge had erroneously kept in place $130,000 in damages against O'Keefe over an undercover operation that targeted Democratic strategists.

 

"The principal question in this appeal is whether the jury's damages award violated the First Amendment by punishing the defendants for publishing a news story," Circuit Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson, writing for the majority, said. "We conclude that it did."

 

The case was brought after Project Veritas released a video showing conversations with strategist Robert Creamer and other Democratic operatives, including discussions secretly recorded by Allison Maass, a Project Veritas reporter, while she spent eight days as an unpaid intern at the Democracy Partners firm in 2016.

 

Creamer, who owned a consulting organization that was part of the firm, said two other groups canceled contracts with his organization because of footage Maass illegally obtained inside Democracy Partners. The contracts were primarily canceled because of footage of conversations with another Democratic strategist that was recorded by other Project Veritas personnel in public places, the appeals court majority said. That footage is protected under the First Amendment, Henderson said.

 

"The First Amendment required Creamer to show that the defendants' unlawful conduct, rather than protected speech, was the prevailing cause of his damages," the majority said. "But the record proved the opposite. Because the protected content of the Rigging the Election video was the principal cause of Creamer's lost contracts, the resulting damages award impinges on the First Amendment."

 

A district court judge had in 2025 upheld a jury ruling in favor of Democracy Partners, finding that Supreme Court precedent meant he had to be deferential to the jury because the case did not involve speech protected by the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment.

Research funding by Israel’s Ministry of Defense and arms manufacturers often fails to appear in national databases intended to track foreign funding.

 

The Israeli Ministry of Defense and Israeli defense companies have directed millions in unreported funding to U.S. university research programs for weapons development, sponsoring research directly or serving as the pass-through entity for the funding, a Drop Site investigation has found.

 

A sample of state and university audits, foreign-funding disclosures, and other institutional records identified millions of dollars in financial ties over the last two decades between the Israeli Ministry of Defense (MOD), Israeli weapons manufacturers, and American universities, much of which does not appear consistently in national databases intended to track foreign funding into U.S. universities.

 

An analysis of audit records, building on findings compiled by the Antiwar Initiative, an academic research group that documents the connections between universities and the global arms industry, found more than $15 million of unreported or inconsistently reported entries for funding tied to the Israeli MOD or defense manufacturers.

 

The true scale of Israeli support is difficult to determine because entries for such funding were often not reported in public filings mandating disclosure of foreign gifts, but were discovered by manually cross-referencing public and internal databases, audit records, and acknowledgments in academic papers. Some projects listed in university materials as being sponsored by the Israeli MOD or defense companies also did not include the amounts of funding provided, or contained inconsistent or contradictory records in audit databases.

 

Drop Site reviewed and verified public records that showed research grants, tuition payments, and receipts of gifts totalling millions of dollars to dozens of colleges and universities around the country. The data shows examples of financial support and sponsorship for American researchers from the Israeli Ministry of Defense as well as Israeli weapons manufacturers like Elbit Systems.

 

Records dating from 2004 to 2025 point to a large number of schools that have had financial relationships with the Israeli MOD or Israeli weapons manufacturers, including Columbia, Cornell, Princeton, Harvard, Northwestern, Georgia Tech, Texas Tech, the University of Connecticut, the University of Tennessee, the University of Maryland, the University of Florida, the University of California at Berkeley, the University of Rhode Island, the University of New Mexico, the Washington University in St. Louis, and the State University of New York.

 

The recorded financial relationships include time-bound research contracts and do not indicate whether relationships with the MOD are still ongoing. Previous reporting has documented MOD funding of programs at MIT and student protests there over the relationship.

 

In addition to financial support from the MOD and Elbit, records also showed sponsorship of individual research projects related to military technologies by Israeli defense manufacturers Rafael and Israel Aerospace Industries.

 

Taken together, the records reveal an opaque defense-research pipeline spread across some of the country’s most prominent universities.

 

In one example that illustrates the typical nature of these ties, an Israeli MOD-sponsored project at the University of Connecticut was listed in public audit records with the title, “Impact Point Prediction Research for Short & Medium Range Thrusting Projectiles.”

 

Connecticut’s annual federal-award schedules record $668,456 in funding under that title across nine fiscal years between 2013 and 2023 with the funder listed as Israel’s Ministry of Defense. Another Israeli MOD-linked research project at the school titled, “High Sensitivity SQUIDs for Magnetic Field Detection,” received $251,336 in funding across the same time period.

Justice Desmond Fagan confirms Israel’s genocide in Gaza and exposes the Antisemitism Royal Commission’s big lie

 

NSW Supreme Court judge Desmond Fagan has published a judgment that exposes some of the biggest lies being tendered as evidence and submissions by Zionist Jews at the Antisemitism Royal Commission and confirms Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

 

Two of the biggest lies are that the IHRA definition of antisemitism is a legitimate definition and that there is no genocide being committed by Israel in Gaza.

 

A key gaol for Israel supporting Zionist Jews at the Royal Commission is to have Commissioner Virginia Bell make findings that will help silence criticism of Israel, and one way to help silence criticism is if the Royal Commission recommends wide spread adoption of the IHRA definition of antisemitism.

 

The big problem for the Zionists Jews is that there was already a judgment last year, Wertheim v Haddad [2025] FCA 720 (1 July 2025), where Justice Stewart found criticism if Israel is not antisemitic and Justice Fagan has reinforced that finding in his own judgment.

 

Justice Fagan’s judgment concerns a defendant who defaced parked motor vehicles and the walls of buildings in Woollahra by spray-painting slogans that included “PKK”, “PKK coming” and “Fuk Israel”. He also set alight one vehicle, which was destroyed. The defendant pleaded guilty and was sentenced in the Local Court.

 

That is where it would have ended, but the NSW government decided to apply for an extended supervision order pursuant to the Terrorism (High Risk Offenders) Act 2017 (NSW), which would have meant the defendant would have been closely monitored for 12 months and been placed under certain restrictions.

 

Justice Fagan dismissed the application for the extended supervision order, but as part of the proceedings, the prosecution argued that the defendant’s conduct was antisemitic because he wrote ““Fuk Israel” which the prosecution claimed breached the IHRA definition of antisemitism.

 

That was an own goal by the prosecution because it forced Justice Fagan to look at 2 key issues. One: What is antisemitism? And two: Is the IHRA definition of antisemitism valid?

 

The NSW Attorney-General is considering an appeal. But I doubt that will happen given there is no basis for an appeal and also because there was evidence of police misconduct exposed during the trial.

 

Justice Fagan’s judgment in State of New South Wales v Farhat (final) [2026] NSWSC 985 is a must-read for anyone following this issue. It has set a precedent and is guaranteed to be referenced by the lawyers representing the 22 people facing charges under Queensland’s new hate speech laws.

 

Below I quote key paragraphs of Justice Fagan’s judgment.

Justice Fagan deals with what “antisemitism” is and its ordinary usage in Australia at paragraphs 84 to 88. At paragraph 85 and 86 he says:

Independence, Missouri Elementary Substitute Teacher Charged with Child Pornography Offenses

 

An elementary school substitute teacher for the Independence, Mo. School District has been charged by criminal complaint with distributing and possessing child pornography.

 

Caleb J. Eyde, 21, appeared in federal court today on a five-count criminal complaint.

 

According to court documents, multiple cyber tips reports were made after Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) was uploaded to Discord, a group communication platform. The results of the investigation led local law enforcement and federal agents to Eyde. Investigators believe Discord records indicate Eyde was distributing, trading, and purchasing CSAM from other users. A forensic examination of Eyde’s electronic devices uncovered images and videos depicting CSAM saved to Eyde’s devices.

 

The charges contained in this complaint are simply accusations, and not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting the charges must be presented to a federal trial jury, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.

 

This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Kelly Collins. It was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation – Child Exploitation Task Force and the Independence, Missouri Police Department.

The U.S. military is preparing for the first execution in more than 60 years — and Army Major Nidal Hasan is on the list.

Robodebt encore? Palantir lurks as MPs shirk vote, NDIS Bill passes

 

Politicians went AWOL from Parliament by the dozen on the NDIS vote amid denials about automation and Palantir’s role. Is this Robobdebt II?

 

On 18 August 2026, the Senate passed the NDIS Amendment Bill. On 19 August, it passed the Lower House. The Royal Assent was granted on 20 August 2026.

 

A Bill that strips 240,000 disabled Australians from a scheme they depend on, gives automated decision-making powers to a computer program, and removes the right of appeal passed both houses of Parliament last week.

 

Nobody was prosecuted the last time the government did something like this. The Robodebt architects faced no consequences. Here is how it happened. And what was never asked. Twenty-eight senators made it happen.

 

Of the 76 senators, 28 voted yes. 12 voted no. 36 did not vote. Every one of those 36 is paid by Australian taxpayers. Every Australian citizen is legally required to vote at elections. But there is no law requiring senators to vote on legislation. On the most significant disability legislation in a decade,

 

more senators chose not to vote than voted yes.

 

The Bill passed anyway.

 

How they voted

Labor voted 24 to nil. Two Liberals voted yes. Neither spoke. Three One Nation senators voted yes. The Greens voted 11 to nil against. Three cross-bench senators voted no.

 

Eighteen Liberals were absent. Three LNP. Three Nationals. The Coalition would not vote against the Bill. Most would not vote for it.

 

They simply were not there.

One senator was in the building. They voted on an earlier division. When the final vote came, they did not vote. According to disability advocate Samantha Connor AM, “Seven of WA’s Senators didn’t show up. They did not support us, but neither did they vote for a Bill that they all knew would cause harm.”

 

What was said

Senator Jordon Steele-John spoke for more than an hour before the vote. The disabled senator put on the record what the government did not: 4,500 submissions opposing the Bill. 94 million hours of unpaid care transferring to Australian families. More than 51,600 full-time equivalent support-worker jobs at risk, stating, “Disabled people are not a burden. Let me say that again. Disabled people are not a burden. We should never, ever be made to feel as though we are a burden by our government or by the society that we live in.”

 

Rather than taking on and taxing the gas exporters

 

“— rather than take those people on — you’ve decided to cut the supports of disabled people and stick your metaphorical fingers in your ears, as expert after expert warned you what this bill could do and is likely to do.”

 

And he put the warning to the Chamber, “You won’t always be there, folks. These people over there — they’ll be there again at some point. What will they do with these powers, I wonder? … Who pays the price of that concession? We do. Disabled people do. We pay with our lives and with our liberties.”

 

Senator David Pocock raised the Robodebt Royal Commission directly. The Commission recommended that when algorithms make decisions about people’s lives, independent experts must be able to check the algorithm’s work. He asked the Minister: will that happen here?

Let's face it, the AUS NDIS is a corrupt mechanism by which

GOV hides the real number of dole bludgers.

And in the same style as Nick Shirley exposed the corruption in

US Learing and health centers, is what the NDIS is burdened with in AUS.

As for the precious gen z's using the system to avoid working,

it's time they get a job and some purpose in life.

Kick them off and leave the NDIS for it's proper purpose,

to aid those genuinely disabled and unable to support themselves.

Had the Labor party not made such a fuss to preserve their honeypot of slush funds

in the previous Morrison administration, AUS would be far better off today.

Former child star Raquel Lee Bolleau is suing The Walt Disney Company over allegations that she was repeatedly raped and sexually assaulted by a now-former Disney employee when she was a teenager.

The Daily Mail has obtained a legal complaint which shows the now 39-year-old actress - who also starred alongside Amanda Bynes in Nickelodeon's The Amanda Show - filed a civil negligence lawsuit against the media giant in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, August 21.

In the complaint, the actress alleges that she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by an unnamed, middle-aged male Disney employee while filming 2001 Disney Channel movie The Poof Point when she was 14-years-old.

Regarding the legal action, Bolleau's attorneys Douglas Wigdor and Jane Kim released a statement to The Daily Mail on Monday which read: 'Over the last decade, countless child actors have come forward to bravely share their experiences of abuse by adults in entertainment.

'As former government prosecutors, our message to Disney and the entertainment industry at large is simple: This conduct is inexcusable, and those involved—directly or indirectly—must be held accountable. We applaud Ms. Bolleau’s courage and look forward to holding Disney accountable for the serious pain it has caused.'

The actress also alleges that the employee had supplied her with alcohol and assaulted her multiple times while the cast and crew were staying in Salt Lake City in addition to during a flight back to California according to the legal document.

Bolleau also alleges that Disney had failed to protect her as she claimed that there were signs that something was wrong.

According to the complaint, the actress claims that she was instructed to 'bond' and spend time with the unnamed employee as she also alleges that production had separated her from her guardian and failed to provide appropriate supervision.

The actress went on to claim that the employee would 'torment' her while on set including whispering comments like 'last night was so good' which she alleges was in plain view of other adults as she claimed 'no one at Disney intervened.'
