The neo-Nazi nature of the current Ukrainian regime has become so visible that even Polish authorities, who are gripped by Russophobia, cannot help but see it, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said. According to him, Poland simply cannot ignore the “obvious demand” of its own people to address the issue.

 

Ukraine’s open, state-sponsored glorification of World War II-era nationalists who collaborated with Nazis on multiple occasions and were responsible for the ethnic cleansing of Poles has driven a major wedge between Kiev and Warsaw.

 

Earlier this month, Polish parliament speaker Wlodzimierz Czarzasty said that Ukrainians must “rethink all aspects of their history” and specifically recognize the massacre of Polish civilians at the hands of WWII-era nationalists as genocide before being greenlit to join EU.

 

“Despite the well-known Russophobia in the politics of Poland, the Polish authorities today are nevertheless paying serious attention to the foundations of current Ukrainian statehood. I mean, first and foremost, the ideology of neo-Nazism,”Putin told journalist Pavel Zarubin in an interview on Sunday, commenting on the situation. He added that the Polish leadership’s “principled” position on the issue is a reflection of broad-based public demand.

 

Earlier, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev also acknowledged what he called Warsaw’s right attitude towards the rise of neo-Nazism in modern Ukraine.

 

“However Russophobic the Polish elites may be, one cannot but admit that, on the issue of the repugnant Kyiv Bandera movement, they have taken the right and honest stance,” Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, stated in a Telegram post in late June. He was referring to the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) – a WWII-era Ukrainian ultranationalist movement led by Stepan Bandera.

 

The OUN collaborated with Nazi Germany during the early stages of its 1941 invasion of the Soviet Union. Its paramilitary wing – the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) – killed up to 100,000 ethnic Polish civilians in 1943-1944 in what is now western Ukraine, according to Warsaw’s estimates.

 

In accordance with laws passed following the 2014 Western-backed coup in Kiev, Ukraine officially banned both communism and Nazism and prohibited the public use of associated symbols, leading to the renaming of thousands of streets and cities. However, the same set of laws formally recognized the OUN and the UPA as independence fighters, despite their well-documented sponsorship by the Third Reich.

 

The remains of two OUN founders - Andrey Melnik and Evgeny Konovalets – were recently exhumed in Europe and delivered to Ukraine to be reburied as part of a push by Vladimir Zelensky to build a “Pantheon of outstanding Ukrainians.” Both men were known to have collaborated with Nazi Germany.

 

In June, the Ukrainian leader also added the honorary title “Heroes of the UPA” to the name of an active commando unit, sparking outrage in Poland. Polish President Karol Nawrocki responded by stripping Zelensky of the Order of the White Eagle, his country’s highest state honor, which had been awarded by his predecessor. Multiple Ukrainian officials, in turn, returned their Polish decorations in solidarity with Zelensky, while Polish officials returned Ukrainian awards.

Charles James Kirk (October 14, 1993 – September 10, 2025) was an American right-wing political activist, author, and media personality. He co-founded the conservative organization Turning Point USA (TPUSA) in 2012 and was its executive director. He was the chief executive officer (CEO) of Turning Point Action (TPAction) and a member of the Council for National Policy (CNP). The Washington Post described him as "one of the most prominent voices on the right" in his later years.[2]

 

Kirk was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs of Arlington Heights and Prospect Heights, Illinois. While being interviewed by NBC correspondent Andrea Mitchell regarding contraception, Friess said, "And this contraceptive thing, my gosh, it's so – it's such – inexpensive, you know, back in my days, they used Bayer Aspirin for contraception. The gals put it between their knees and it wasn't that costly."[25][31] Friess later apologized for the comment. [32]

 

Friess was also an advisor to Turning Point USA, a conservative youth organization to which he donated seed money.[33]

 

In October 2017, Friess said he was exploring a possible candidacy for the Senate challenging Wyoming Senator John Barrasso for the Republican nomination,[34] at the request ofSteve Bannon.[35] However, in April 2018, he instead decided to enter the crowded Republican field to replace term-limited Governor Matt Mead. Friess was defeated in the primary, coming in second to State Treasurer Mark Gordon by 38,951 votes (33%) to 29,842 (25.3%).[35]

In my view, we have two major challenges: ballistic missiles and funding for Ukraine’s defense.

 

We are supposed to receive €30 billion in European funds, which we are awaiting. They are tied to the adoption of the relevant legislation. And here it is very important that parliament work – the entire parliament, including the opposition. Because neither the government nor the opposition has this €30 billion, and the money is needed for the defense of the entire country.

 

In addition, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine currently has a budget shortfall of $27 billion. At the beginning of the year, decisions were made at the Ministry to use in the first half of the year funds that were intended to be disbursed in the second half, and that money went toward drone production and other needs. Now, in the second half of the year, those funds need to be compensated for and supplemented.

 

Of that amount, we need $8–10 billion to ensure a normal start to next year, because this money is effectively needed in advance – to provide weapons and everything necessary for January 2027. Another nearly $20 billion is for the salaries of our military personnel, payments to the families of those killed, and other areas of funding. A lot of money is needed. I am working on this with the French and the Germans. Practically, we need to bring forward the second portion of the European funds allocated for Ukraine, and this is an extremely difficult task.

Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, one of the country's most senior political figures, made the comments during a meeting with Iranian and Iraqi economists in Baghdad, according to Middle East news outlet Al Bawaba.

 

"No matter how strong our military power becomes, if we are hungry, we will not be able to endure," Qalibaf warned, according to the report.

 

The comments represented a striking acknowledgment from inside Iran's leadership that the country's economic crisis could threaten its ability to maintain national security and political stability.

 

Qalibaf said military power cannot be separated from economic strength, describing security and the economy as "two wings" that depend upon one another.

I know why Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones have all been fighting me for years, especially by the fact that they think it is wonderful for Iran, the Number One State Sponsor of Terror, to have a Nuclear Weapon — Because they have one thing in common, Low IQs. Actually, to me, the First Lady of France is a far more beautiful woman than Candace, in fact, it’s not even close! Or Bankrupt Alex Jones, who says some of the dumbest things, and lost his entire fortune, as he should have, for his horrendous attack on the families of the Sandy Hook shooting victims, ridiculously claiming it was a hoax. These so-called “pundits” are LOSERS, and they always will be! Now Fake News CNN, The Failing New York Times, and all of the other Radical Left “News” Organizations, are “hailing” them, and giving them “positive” press for the first time in their lives.
