Also cops do not have free speech while on duty retard. If I say "stop talking or I'll put you in jail" it carries no weight, it's free speech. If a cop says it and the person reasonably believes it then the cop has committed a crime.

Missing 14 year old is reported, Cop doesn't want to respond because he has a wedding to go to later, so he and dispatcher conspire to come up with a reason why he couldn't respond. They come up with him performing a traffic stop because he can't be sent if he's on a stop. He targets an SUV for the stop, but it ends up being stolen so they run. He chases but the SUV t-bones a kid and grandma, killing the kid.
Cop lied about what he was doing and said he didn't remember what he said to the dispatcher. When they tell him it was recorded, he immediately goes to claiming expectation of privacy and he didn't know the camera was on so how can it be held against him.
A kid died and he's in CYA mode.
