It occurred to me that, within society, people tend to gravitate towards social environments which are suited to their own personal nature, driven by a process developed through trial and error over thousands of years.
With the advent of computer technology, however, that established method for 'sorting' people would be radically disrupted quite suddenly, and so serious consideration would need to be given as to how to properly make use of these new developments, to avoid producing a society in which all of the wrong people ended up in all of the wrong places.
