The United States government is using top-secret low-Earth orbit satellites owned by billionaire Elon Musk to prevent potentially catastrophic hurricanes from forming in the Atlantic Ocean, according to a White House source speaking under promise of anonymity.
The 2026 Atlantic Hurricane season has hit midpoint with an eerie calm that has baffled the very climatologists who had forecasted an exceptionally violent season. Earlier this year, the National Hurricane Center in Miami portended that 12 named and 5 land-falling storms, CAT3 or stronger, would form and track toward the Gulf of America or the Florida coastline. So far, the NHS’ prediction has fallen flat: only one Atlantic tropical storm, Edouard, made landfall this year, dumping several inches of rain on East Texas and Louisiana before fizzling out. And although hurricane season lasts until early November, the NHS recently downgraded its bullish forecast. Our source, however, said Elon Musk’s preeminent technology, not Mother Nature, has stopped devastating hurricanes from inflicting on coastal cities calamitous damage that would normally displace untold households and cost the government billions of dollars in disaster relief.

He claimed Musk joined President Trump’s “Weather Warfare Committee” in July 2025 and allocated seven “atmospheric adjustment” satellites to combat destructive weather. If his assertions are true, Musk’s space-based, microwave-beaming satellites capture solar energy and beam it through the atmosphere via high-powered microwave radiation that disrupts a tropical depression. Moreover, he said this technology disrupted the formation of seven tropical depressions in 2025 and six this year, all of which could’ve wrecked Galveston, Texas, and Miami, Florida.
“I don’t pretend to know the science of it,” our source said. “Musk, the most innovative man in global history, has launched 15,000 satellites. You think all those are Starlink? Our source was referencing an article we published years ago in which a Russian intelligence asset, FSB agent Andrei Zhakarov, suggested Musk was “controlled opposition.” Perhaps he misjudged Musk, but he reliably blew the whistle on Vladimir Putin banning COVID-19 vaccines and 5G tech in Russia, and he was the first reliable informant to reveal the existence of Western bioweapon laboratories and Adrenochrome repositories in Ukraine.
Nonetheless, our White House source insists that Musk is a patriot dedicated to preserving life.
“History will record Musk as the most consequential weather-interventionist ever,” our source said. “The public story is that nature gave us a break,” the official said. “The real story is that we stopped some of these storms before they had a name. I asked the source: “So, if true, Musk had just modernized HAARP, which is no different than HAARP, and can be used for nefarious reasons as well, right?”
He replied: “Musk is a master. His satellites can’t be hacked or retasked. He’s helping us and not hurting us. He’s our sole defense against foreign HAARP. His life—he’s dedicated it to sustaining life. Thanks to his team, no major hurricane has hit the US in years. Elon Musk employs his tech ethically.”
Asked why Musk hadn’t retasked his satellites to stop hurricanes Lowell and Lala from sideswiping Hawaii this year, he said, “Isn’t Hawaii a Blue state?”
