Human Trafficking related?

Business is down?

I also have the tingles as an anon, regarding the term AOC, planes and human traffic, money laundering, bankruptcy?

Makes me wonder about congress actress AOC as her acting name?

Just a coincidence?

Another airline in bankruptcy, all flights canceled

The airline founded in 1988 has had its AOC suspended.

Granted by the civil aviation authority in a given country, the air operator’s certificate (AOC) is the single most important approval a commercial airline needs before it can begin flying and selling tickets to passengers.

The most common reasons for a carrier to have its AOC suspended or revoked are either a failed safety audit or a financial situation that calls into question the airline’s future ability to remain in business.

Carriers that have lost their AOCs since the start of 2026 include British charter airline Pen-Avia, Brazilian airline Total Linhas Aéreas, Austrian airline Mali Air, Westair Aviation in Ireland, and AirAiles in France.

This week, the list expanded to include Portuguese charter and specialized private aviation operator OMNI Aviação.

OMNI Aviação enters insolvency after losing license

OMNI Aviação was established in 1988 out of a general and private airport in Cascais, the coastal town approximately 20 miles from Lisbon that has long attracted some of the country’s wealthiest residents.

The company provided chartered private jet flights and aircraft management and maintenance, as well as general aviation services such as air ambulance transfers.

As first reported by ch-aviation, OMNI Aviação has entered the insolvency process in Portuguese court and subsequently had its AOC suspended due to what is likely an unviable financial situation.

The details of OMNI Aviação’s situation are not publicly available.

The 5 States Where Off-Grid Living Just Became Illegal

Five days ago we published a video on the states where off-grid living is still genuinely legal. It became the biggest video this channel has ever made — and the top comment wasn't a thank you. It was an argument. People wrote in about Alaska, Colorado, Wyoming and Arkansas, and one of them said something that stuck with us: you're telling people where the door is open, but not where it's closing.

So this is the other half.

Almost no state passes a law that says off-grid living is banned. That's not how it happens. It happens through a water permit. A building code adoption. A county ordinance defining what counts as an "approved water supply." A court ruling three years ago that nobody outside the county noticed at the time. By the time it reaches you, it isn't a headline — it's a denied permit on land you already own.

We pulled five states where that's been happening, and we saved one for last that we ourselves put on the GOOD list five days ago — because if you watched that video and started shopping, you deserve to hear the rest of it.

In this video:

🌵 California — why genuinely cheap desert land stays out of reach, the owner-builder code most counties never adopted, and the abatement enforcement that has cost people structures they were already living in

🏔️ Colorado — the state with the self-reliant reputation where the rain on your own roof historically wasn't legally yours, what the 2016 rain barrel law actually permits, and why a permit-exempt well isn't available everywhere you'd assume

🌴 Florida — the 2014 Cape Coral case that turned "approved water supply" into a national story, mandatory utility hookup ordinances, and the septic-to-sewer conversion programs designed to eliminate onsite systems

🌲 Washington — the 2016 Hirst decision, how a narrow technical ruling about water availability froze rural building across large parts of the state, what it did to financing, and the 2018 legislative fix

🚱 Arizona — the state we recommended last week. What happened at Rio Verde Foothills on January 1st, 2023, when several hundred finished homes lost their hauled water supply overnight — and why hauling water is a dependency, not a plan

The takeaway: stop asking whether a state is "off-grid friendly." That question has no useful answer and looking for it will cost you money. Ask three things instead — what your COUNTY adopted, what your BASIN allows, and what the DEED actually says. All three are public record. All three are answerable in an afternoon, for free, before you spend a dollar.
