-Judge Leonie Brinkema unsealed her 106 page opinion on September 16.

-Google must connect some advertising tools to Prebid and share certain auction and publisher data.

-Google must not give its own products special treatment when placing some advertising bids.

-The rules will last six years.

-A monitor and technical committee will oversee Googles compliance.

-The judge rejected the DOJ request to make Google sell AdX or its publisher ad server.

-The lawsuit began in 2023 and involved the DOJ and eight states.

-In April 2025 the judge ruled that Google had illegal monopolies in two online advertising markets.

-The parties have until October 2 to submit a proposed final decree.
