It is a crime to impersonate an IRS Federal Agent fyi. You do not have the right to demand them from me. In this game if they take them some how what can I do but it does not make it any less of a crime.
The thing is only really an IRS agent with maybe the FBI so on or some other agent like DEA could for some reason. They would likely still want the IRS agent to look them over in general before like crossing things so on for liability to their own agency is all ok.
