Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas addressed the U.N. General Assembly by videoas he was denied a U.S. visa for the second consecutive year.
Officials called it “an unjustified measure” that makes it harder to develop Palestinian-U.S. relations and work toward “achieving peace and stability in the region.”
In his virtual speech, Abbas said the Palestinian people “will not accept displacement, and we will not allow anyone to decide our future on our behalf.”
