They now do this which can mean a rank above Q access most think that Q is a like rank it is not exactly a rank it is an access some ranks higher and a few lower may very on having this access. This is where this person if the rank of 18 is using this like a badge or identity factor this should be scanned to see if they are throwing around their level of access to then demand info that they may not have the authority to demand. It is a thing about staying with in your lane if what applies to things you are working in and then believing the board that makes the choice saying it has no value to you or your operation what you have requests. This is exactly what is going on. You may have people that are operators so on aka seal team ranger which are both special forces in a way of thing. This is where they do not need to always have access to other things that their level days they can as long as it directly applies to them. This is where the miss conception of one access gains the all access. This is then even applied to higher level access. This is the miss conception about these access or clearance they do not all work like this one access all on these levels.
