“They Made Election Fraud Mandatory”: Elon Musk Explodes After His Mother Says a New York Poll Worker Knocked Her ID Away

Elon Musk is criticizing New York’s voting rules after his mother, Maye Musk, said a woman at a polling place angrily knocked away the ID she offered while voting.

Maye Musk, the 78-year-old model, dietitian, and author, was responding to a list of the 14 states that still refuse to require voter ID at the polls. Those states, as conservatives have noted for years, reliably deliver Democratic wins.

“Definitely New York,” she wrote. “When I voted and showed my ID, the woman was angry and hit it away.”

That is not a first for Maye. During the 2024 cycle she said early voting in New York City required no ID at all and that workers “won’t even look at your ID.” Later she described being told to sign a form, stuff it in an envelope, and drop it in a box while the worker “refused to see my ID.”

After his mother, Maye Musk, described being met with hostility when she tried to show identification at a New York polling place, the X owner dropped a charge that Democrats in the country’s two largest blue states have spent years pretending is “disinformation.”

The New York Attorney General’s official voting-resources page states, in black and white, that voters “are never required to present photo identification to cast an in-person ballot” and instructs New Yorkers: “If you see or hear of anyone improperly requesting voter identification, contact OAG.” Read it here.

Poll-worker guidance tracks the same line: do not ask for ID unless the voter file is already flagged. Signature matching is the substitute. No photo. No citizenship check at the table. Just a scribble.

That is why a poll worker would get angry at a woman holding out a government ID. The training says don’t look. The AG’s office says report the person who asks.

California is even more aggressive. In 2024, Gov. Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 1174, which bars cities and counties from requiring identification at the polls, a direct strike at Huntington Beach after voters there passed their own ID rule. Courts later killed the local measure. Sacramento made sure no charter city could close the barn door.

As The Gateway Pundit reported last month, California still lets applicants register online with no driver’s license and no Social Security number. The state’s own acceptable-ID list for the rare first-time voter who actually gets asked includes a gym card, an insurance card, or a credit card.

Dead Woman Found with Stab Wounds in New York’s Central Park Identified

As reported over the weekend, a woman in her 60s was found dead with multiple stab wounds and trauma to the head in Central Park on Sunday.

The victim was found in a gazebo near Central Park’s Boathouse, according to The New York Post.

On Monday it was reported that a suspect, a homeless man, was arrested and charged with murder.

“Police arrested Jonathan Robles, 36, Sunday night and charged him with murder and criminal possession of a weapon. Authorities said Robles is a resident of the Barbour Hotel, a Midtown homeless shelter. He later surrendered to detectives and was being evaluated at a hospital ahead of an expected arraignment,” ABC 7 reported.

According to The New York Post, the victim was identified as a homeless artist named Lee Rogers.

Lee Rogers painted birds of Central Park and was known to the community.

The New York Times previously profiled Lee Rogers.

According to The Post, Lee Rogers and Jonathan Robles got into an argument before it escalated to violence.

A beloved homeless artist famed for painting the birds of Central Park was the woman found viciously murdered in a gazebo near the park’s boathouse, The Post has learned.

Lee Rogers, 63, who buoyantly peddled intricate wildlife watercolors during her years of sleeping rough in the wooded Manhattan haven, died after being bludgeoned by a stick-wielding madman Sunday, law-enforcement sources said.

“She was like the Grandma Moses of Central Park,” said Robert DeCandido, a nature walk guide, referring to the 1950s American folk painter.

“When she did the bird feeders, the birders loved her. They would buy her artwork in the park,” DeCandido, who goes by “Birding Bob,” told The Post on Monday.

Sources said Rogers and Robles got into some type of argument that escalated into violence, although the details were unclear.

Tim Walz’s Embarrassing ‘Exit Interview’: Rampant Fraud Should Have ‘Stopped Sooner’

On his way out the door as the failed governor of Minnesota and failed Vice-Presidential candidate, Tim Walz (D), conducted what amounts to an ‘exit interview’ with the Minnesota Star-Tribune.

First, he stated the obvious after staggering fraud was allowed under his ‘leadership,’ resulting in taxpayers being defrauded of billions of dollars.

The fraud, according to Walz, “should have stopped it sooner.”

“We didn’t stop them. I accept that. I think there does need to be accountability with that. And part of it is that, yep, that’s with me, I’ll step aside.”

Walz then hoped history would be kind (or perhaps blind?) to his leagacy and focus on his “accomplishements” rather than his obvious failures.

“Those are legacy things to address climate. They’re legacy things to address livability,” Walz said. “And I get it, that fraud tainted a lot of that. It doesn’t change the fundamentals underneath it. This is the best state in the country to raise a child, and it will continue to be so because of those investments.”

Several lawmakers in Minnesota spoke to Fox News Digital and they are less inclined to let Walz off the hook.

“Governor Walz is correct, he shouldn’t only be remembered for fraud,” Minnesota state Sen. Julia Coleman told Fox News Digital. “We should remember him spending our $18 billion surplus, raising taxes $10 billion, creating an unsustainable budget, letting rioters burn down Minneapolis, hurting our students and businesses with lockdowns and pardoning a child rapist.”

Minnesota Republican House Speaker Lisa Demuth, running to replace Walz in November, shared:

“Tim Walz’s legacy will always be defined by the out-of-control fraud crisis that occurred on his watch,” Demuth said. “Yet Amy Klobuchar praised him as ‘an incredible leader who delivers for the people of Minnesota.’ As the senior member of our state’s congressional delegation, Sen. Klobuchar likewise failed to address the fraud crisis and even skipped hearings on the matter in D.C. Minnesotans deserve better than four more years of Walz-style failure.”

Trump 'grand conspiracy' case in crisis as lawyers defy Todd Blanche and QUIT in mass exodus

Longtime Trump loyalist Kurt Olsen and at least six other prosecutors have departed the so-called 'grand conspiracy' investigation in the Southern District of Florida - delivering a major blow to the Justice Department's long-running probe.

News of the departures, first reported by the Daily Mail, follows weeks of uncertainty over the fate of the investigation in Miami following the abrupt resignation of Trump ally Joseph diGenova earlier this month.

DiGenova had been tapped by Attorney General Todd Blanche in April to probe whether US intelligence and law enforcement officials, including former President Barack Obama's CIA Director John Brennan, were part of a years-long plot against Donald Trump.

News of their exits casts fresh doubt as to next steps in the wide-reaching investigation in Florida - which sources previously told the Daily Mail had been hitting dead ends for 'months.'

It was not immediately clear what, exactly, prompted Olsen's resignation from the probe, or if his departure was tied to others who had departed as of Monday evening.

A source familiar with the matter told the Daily Mail the total number of departures was between seven and eight.

Neither the Justice Department nor the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida immediately responded to the Daily Mail's request for comment.

The Daily Mail had exclusively reported last week that the so-called grand conspiracy probe was on the rocks - though DOJ officials had insisted the investigation would continue.

Maria Medetis Long, a senior career prosecutor, was reportedly taken off the case earlier this year after she expressed concerns about the strength of the evidence.

A coterie of Trump-friendly names was assigned to the probe instead, including longtime Trump ally Joseph diGenova, and Kurt Olsen, a former White House official and 2020 election denier.

As of this writing, both diGenova and Olsen are gone.

Olsen did not immediately respond to the Daily Mail's request for comment.

The Daily Mail previously reported that the probe in Miami had been hitting dead ends for months - suggesting that the so-called 'grand conspiracy' probe that the president has obsessed over, publicly and privately - for the better part of the last six years – is all but dead.

'This case was initiated to make the president and the public think something is happening down there, when in reality, it's not,' one DOJ official told the Daily Mail last week.

Trump Admin To Focus More On Northern Border Security Over Next 2 Years: Homan

White House border czar Tom Homan plans to put more focus on security at the northern border during the last two years of President Donald Trump's administration.

In an interview airing on Sept. 26, Homan told Epoch Times senior editor Jan Jekielek that the U.S. - Canada border is a national security vulnerability and could receive greater attention after the administration beefed up security on the border with Mexico.

"The next two years, I'm really concentrating on the northern border," he said. "The southern border is the highest security we've ever had."

Homan said: "Now that we have the money and the time … I think we need to dedicate more resources to the northern border, whether it's manpower, technology, [or] infrastructure."

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) recorded 563 total apprehensions along the northern border in August and 586 in July.

The United States and Canada share more than 5,500 miles of border.

Homan said that security at the northern border has not been ignored, but that the Trump administration concentrated its efforts on the southern border because "you send the firemen where the biggest fire is."

Last month, CBP announced that daily apprehensions at the southern border were 94 percent lower than under the Biden administration.

Noting a pattern of decline in illegal border crossings and apprehensions, CBP said the border was "more secure than at any point in history."

Homan told Jekielek that since the southern border is now under control, the administration needs to begin "amping up the northern border," which he described as a "huge national security vulnerability."

"Canada's immigration laws are very lax," he said. "[It] doesn't take a lot to get into Canada."

Citing intelligence reports and personal experience, Homan said national security threats can enter Canada and then cross into the United States a lot easier than directly entering the United States.

Homan also said that drug trafficking along the northern border is another issue for both the United States and Canada.

The U.S. government has been working with Indian reservations on the American side of the border to increase drug enforcement, which he said was a problem.

The White House border czar suggested that cooperation with Canada is "one of the biggest things" needed for effective security along the northern border.

"I think the United States and Canada both want … [to] shut down cross-border crime because it's not good for either country," he said.

"I think we're both concerned with shutting down the criminal element, shutting down the drugs, and illegal immigration, especially those who pose a threat to our nations."

Homan told Jekielek that he visited all the northern border sectors over the past three months and that the individual areas have different requests for security improvements.

They included additional boots on the ground, technology, drones, air assets, infrastructure, and barriers, he said.

The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Northern Border Security Enhancement and Review Act on Sept. 16.

The bill would require the Department of Homeland Security to assess northern border threats, update the department's northern border strategy, and provide relevant oversight information to Congress.

It would also require CBP's Air and Marine Operations to develop performance measures regarding efforts to secure the border between ports of entry.

Iran's Parliament Mulls 'Triple-Urgency' Bill To Withdraw From Intl Nuke Treaty

Iran's Deputy Speaker of Parliament has indicated that the national lawmaking body is reviewing a three-point plan to withdraw from the NPT, reports Fars news agency.

Iran has been a signatory to the NPT, or Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, going all the way back to 1970, as a non-nuclear weapon state. Iran's parliament is now considering a "triple-urgency" bill which would order the withdrawal. This is all still at the level of political noise and signaling, for the time being at least.

"The three-point plan to withdraw from the NPT is being reviewed and will be considered the same day after it is announced; of course, the Parliament will also review its international dimension," First Deputy Speaker Ali Nikzad said Monday.

At this point a formal pullout from the NPT remains at the level of a threatened course of action, and is not yet close to reality. According to more:

Nikzad said lawmakers "do not trust" the UN nuclear watchdog or its director general, Rafael Grossi, accusing the agency chief of carrying out what he called superficial inspections and issuing negative reports on Iran. He added that lawmakers would examine the bill while taking its “international implications” into account.

Iranian officials have also long accused the IAEA of leaking classified and sensitive information on the Islamic Republic's nuclear sites to Israel. Iran has further frequently pointed out the obvious double standard - that Israel itself is armed with nukes and is not a signatory to the NPT.

This fact has long been an 'open secret' in Washington and among world leaders. But if the US government were to officially recognize Israel as a nuclear-armed power, it could trigger legal repercussions which would impact foreign aid to Israel.

According to the London-based and Saudi-supported outlet Iran International, "Iran’s parliament is unlikely to approve an urgent proposal to withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, with the measure potentially securing no more than 70 votes, a member of parliament’s National Security Committee said on Sunday."

"Leaving the NPT during wartime would effectively mean pursuing a nuclear weapon, something Iran does not intend to do, Mohammad Mehdi Shahriari told Jamaran," the report continues. "Withdrawal would only increase costs and further escalate the situation, he added."

But Iranian parliament and officials merely threatening pullout from the NPT remains a significant piece of leverage, at a moment when Washington seems 'stuck' in the Iran conflict and Hormuz crisis, and without an exit strategy.

EXCLUSIVE: Judge Blocks Trump Administration From Using Hundreds of Millions of Dollars in Anti-Terror Cash to Force Election Changes

The Trump administration has been dealt a majorcourtroom blow after a federal judge blocked an attempt to tie hundreds of millions of dollars in anti-terrorism funding to sweeping changes in how states run their elections, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, U.S. District JudgeAmir H. Aliruled on Monday, September 28, that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) went beyond the power Congress gave it by making access to federal counterterrorism money dependent on states and local governments changing key election procedures.

Trump's Election Cash Fight

The ruling vacated the controversial conditions, including a 20 percent holdback affecting more than $200million in grant money,just two days before FEMA was expected to issue its 2026 Homeland Security Grant Program awards.

The money is intended to help state and local governments prepare for, protect against, and respond to acts of terrorism.

But under FEMA's new requirements, states and high-risk urban areas faced losing access to a portion of that money unless they complied with a series of election-administration demands.

Sweeping Election Demands

Those conditions included plans to transition certain voting systems to hand-marked paper ballots, conducting five percent post-election manual audits, and reconciling the number of voters with ballots cast.

=FEMA also sought citizenship verification of individuals in state voter-registration databases using the federal SAVE system, as well as citizenship checks for people working at polling places or operating election systems.

The court found Congress had authorized FEMA to distribute the grants to further counterterrorism objectives, not to use the prospect of federal funding to pressure states and local governments into carrying out the federal government's preferred election reforms at their own expense. The financial consequences could have been substantial. (Elections and voting have been destroyed by counterterrorism. So the money should be able to be used on protecting the elections!)

Millions of Dollars on the Line

Evidence cited in the ruling estimated Dallas County could face $7.25million in printing-equipment costs to comply with the ballot requirement, while Travis County and Nashville reported additional costs associated with other conditions.Ali also drew a distinction between protecting elections from terrorism and dictating routine election procedures.

The judge acknowledged FEMA can fund measures designed to protect election infrastructure from physical and cyber attacks, including cybersecurity assessments, DDoS protection, and physical security improvements.

But he concluded requirements concerning ballot forms, voter rolls, audits, and the eligibility of voters and poll workers went beyond what Congress authorized for the counterterrorism program.

Judge Pulls the Plug

The court said the conditions carried "substantial economic significance" because jurisdictions faced either investing significant amounts of their own money to comply or potentially losing federal funding. The ruling does not dismantle FEMA's wider Homeland Security Grant Program.

Instead, Ali vacated the election-administration conditions, the accompanying 20 percent holdback and FEMA's August 10 guidance explaining how states were expected to comply.

The ruling came after local governments in Texas, Tennessee and Ohio challenged FEMA's conditions, arguing the agency had exceeded its authority. The court ultimately agreed on that central statutory claim, delivering a significant setback to the Trump administration's effort to connect federal counterterrorism dollars with changes to election administration.
