I had made a suggestion regarding bases as a result of the Iran war, and this would be a prime opportunity to implement some of those features. Once a base is built, it is documented and it's location is captured digitally on computers, satellites, geo-location services, and even written coordinates in analog maps. So even if an enemy's radar, satellites, and internet services go down, they still will know those coordinates and can program them into their offensive missile that can navigate without those services. Let us do something extra here to safeguard those personnel by making the base as mobile as it can be, as a model for future bases in foreign lands. In time of war, moving a base as little as 1/4 mile, would be the difference between life and death. Instead of just one recipient to our new base, let us have at least 2 or more, where we can test out rapid deployments. Moving barracks, armament, radars, and computer equipment would be essential. A harder aspect would be to move runways, plumbing and other utilities. YesIf, we consider these attributes!!!
