While I'm open to the other Anon's theory that this is punishment for the Haitians daring to break away from French rule during the French Revolution, my own pet theory is that that the pineal glands of Haitian people are of a particularly high quality in terms of the pshchic abilities they bestow on those who consume them.
The hallucinatory qualities of pineal glands from dark-skinned people have to do with the concentration of melanin and the brain structure of Earth humans who inhabited the planet prior to some of the more recent extraterrestrial genetic interventions performed between 4000 to 8000 years ago.
When you get hold of African/Aboriginal pineal glands, these are the 'real deal', the version that hasn't changed since 30,000 to 50,000 years ago.
The darker-skinned people in the world, esp the Australia Aborigines, are widely recognized (even by the CIA) as being among the world's most psychic people.
TL;DR If you want to hallucinate and 'speak with Satan' during an out-of-body experience, get yourself a handful of pineal glands from the brains of Haitian children. This is why the elite like to visit there.
