While I'm open to the other Anon's theory that this is punishment for the Haitians daring to break away from French rule during the French Revolution, my own pet theory is that that the pineal glands of Haitian people are of a particularly high quality in terms of the pshchic abilities they bestow on those who consume them.

I remember hearing about someone who lives in the same town where Bush jrs childhood home is and really close to a Walmart. This all happened around the same time as Jade helm/Walmart shutdowns. One of the town's Walmarts was one of the ones shut down but it reopened months later after "extensive plumbing repairs". He was transferred there for his job and the company bought the house for him or something like that. Supposedly kept hearing noises under the house and behind a specific wall. He thought it was animals until he noticed some of his stuff was being moved so he reported to the local PD what was going on and they dismissed it. He put up hidden cams soon after that to gather evidence. Caught local PD coming into his house while he wasn't home and they took the majority of his cameras except a couple hidden well. He reported it to the local fed office with the footage from the hidden cams and not too much later he got shot in his ankle/foot from under his house while in his living room. It's been awhile since I've heard anything about it so I may be slightly off. It's a huge oilfield town in TX. If I'm remembering right the next town over is a trafficking hotspot. I do recall the guy's last name is Webb. Might not be the same one you're looking for.

[DUBNOV, p. 216, v. 2] According to a Christian monk of the times, Strategius of Mar Saba, Jews bought "a large number" of Christian prisoners from the Persians, "who they then slaughtered just as one might buy cattle to slaughter." The Talmud also accused Jesus of a variety of sexual indiscretions and that he had been condemned by God to boil for eternity in "boiling excrement." Jewish religious texts also enjoined pious Jews to burn whatever New Testament volumes they came across. Norway to test program giving free heroin to addicts in effort to improve their quality of life

Norway’s government has announced plans to hand out free heroin to the nation’s most severe addicts in an effort to save lives.

How’s that going to work?

Participants will be provided with diamorphine — the medical form of injectable heroin — and will be required to adhere to a strict monitoring schedule in order to receive the free drugs, according to anti-drug campaigner Mina Gerhardsen.

The trial program will be offered to as many as 400 addicts, and is set to begin in 2020.

Health Minister Bente Hoie explained on Facebook, “We hope that this will provide a solution that will give…a better quality of life to some addicts who are today out of our reach and whom current programs do not help enough.”

Norway has one of the highest levels of drug overdose rates in Europe, at 81 per million residents. The Scandinavian country already has government-monitored safe rooms where users are allowed to inject their own drugs.

Methadone is the traditional medication prescribed to heroin users, with the aim of weaning addicts off the street drug. But for addicts who do not respond well to methadone, diamorphine can be used as an alternative — at the cost of around $22,000 per year for each user.

What about heroin therapy in other countries?

Similar experiments in medical heroin therapy have already been tested in several countries, including Switzerland, the Netherlands, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Denmark has administered diamorphine for severe heroin addicts for nearly a decade.

Dr. Anne Mette Doms of the Danish Board of Health explained the reasoning behind the country’s program to The Guardian in 2009, saying “The aim is to improve [addicts’] state of health, help them avoid committing crimes and stabilize their lives. Quitting altogether is not a realistic option for most of these patients. For them, this will be a chronic treatment, as if you were treating a chronic disease.”

According to the Danish Board of Health, having heroin clinics available in the country has increased the number of addicts finding homes by 30 percent, and reduced the time police spend investigating drug offenses by one third.

Norway’s heroin treatment program is part of a larger effort to focus on treatment rather than punishment for drug addicts. The country decriminalized drugs in December 2017.

“It is important to emphasize that we do not legalize cannabis and other drugs, but we decriminalize,” explained Sveinung Stensland, deputy chairman of the parliament’s health committee. “The change will take some time, but that means a changed vision: Those who have a substance abuse problem should be treated as ill, and not as criminals with classical sanctions such as fines and punishment.”

Freedom of the press may be guaranteed in the Constitution. But a plurality of Republicans want to give President Trump the authority to close down certain news outlets, according to a new public opinion survey conducted by Ipsosand provided exclusively to The Daily Beast.

The findings present a sobering picture for the fourth estate, with respondents showing diminished trust in the media and increased support for punitive measures against its members. They also illustrate the extent to which Trump’s anti-press drumbeat has shaped public opinion about the role the media plays in covering his administration.

All told, 43 percent of self-identified Republicans said that they believed “the president should have the authority to close news outlets engaged in bad behavior.” Only 36 percent disagreed with that statement. When asked if Trump should close down specific outlets, including CNN, The Washington Post, and The New York Times, nearly a quarter of Republicans (23 percent) agreed and 49 percent disagreed.

Republicans were far more likely to take a negative view of the media. Forty-eight percent of them said they believed “the news media is the enemy of the American people” (just 28 percent disagreed) while nearly four out of every five (79 percent) said that they believed “the mainstream media treats President Trump unfairly.”

Honestly, there is no need to just arbitrarily shut down media outlets.

All you would need to do is open an investigation and start issuing subpoenas.

Basically, there are already existing laws against fraud that these people have broken repeatedly. There are also conspiracy and sedition laws they have broken. There is no need for some new sweeping presidential power to shut down the media, as this poll – designed to be a fear-stoker – suggests.

The faking of “anonymous sources” alone – and colluding to fake these sources, with government officials and across media outlets, for the purpose of using monopoly power over information to shift political views with an intent to unseat an elected President is clearly and plainly illegal. NASW is particularly concerned that in past decisions as a justice on the D.C. Circuit Court, Judge Kavanaugh has shown an antipathy to women's reproductive rights and Roe v Wade.

For example, in a recent case where an adolescent immigrant woman who was in detention sought to exercise her right to obtain a legal abortion, Kavanaugh sought to prevent her access to abortion care. His flawed reasoning was that by allowing the young woman to obtain an abortion, the court was creating a "new right" for immigrants in custody by permitting them 'to obtain immediate abortion on demand."

NASW is also deeply disturbed Kavanaugh was against court rulings that supported the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. To us it is unconscionable that a Justice on the Supreme Court would oppose affordable health care for low-income citizens.

In addition, Kavanaugh has:

Claimed the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is unconstitutional

Routinely decided in favor of the rich and powerful against powerless Americans

Opposed workforce safety initiatives

Opposed LGBTQ equality

Ruled against as against consumer rights

Opposed environment justice initiatives and environmental protections

Showed disdain for workers' rights

Ending gun violence is also a high priority for NASW. Unfortunately, Judge Brett Kavanaugh has a history of opposition to common-sense measures to promote gun safety. He wrote that "there is no meaningful or persuasive constitutional distinction between semi-automatic handguns and semi-automatic rifles; and that assault rifles are protected by the Second Amendment. Given his opinions, there are indications that Kavanaugh would be antagonistic to common sense gun safety laws.

The selection of a nominee for a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court is not a matter to be taken lightly. NASW is uneasy that many social justice, economic justice, and human rights protections could be threatened under the current administration. We only need look at the plight of asylum seeking families in the Southwest border to realize there are reasons for our apprehension.

Therefore, NASW cannot not sit idly by when the next appointment to the next Supreme Court justice could further undermine social justice gains made over the last half century.

NASW views this nomination as a part of a long struggle that we and many other Americans who are committed to equality and human rights must undertake.

We will continue to express concern - and even outrage - when there are threats to the American value of caring about the least of us. America needs Supreme Court Justices who embrace that value. Clearly, Judge Kavanaugh does not.

School that eliminated Pledge of Allegiance quickly backtracks after intense backlash

The Atlanta elementary school that eliminated the Pledge of Allegiance from the start of its school day has completely reversed its position just a day after the story went viral on the internet.

What’s the background?

Lara Zelski, the campus president of Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School, issued a letter Tuesday announcing new changes to the students’ morning meetings. A copy of the letter was published on the school’s website.

“One change that we made to our morning meeting agenda this year is that we will not be including the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance each morning,” Zelski wrote, adding that children will continue to stand in participation of the school’s “Wolf Pack Chant.”

The move to eliminate the Pledge of Allegiance was made in an effort to kick off the school day as a “fully inclusive and connected community,” according to Zelski, who added that the school would create and incorporate a new pledge for the students over the coming months.

Zelski noted that the children would be permitted to recite the Pledge later in the day, should they have the desire to do so.

“This pledge,” Zelski wrote, “will focus on students’ civic responsibility to their school family, community, country and our global society. I will keep you informed of the progress with this. I am really looking forward to what our students create.”

Zelski’s letter has since been removed from the school’s website, and instead redirects to a statement from the school’s board chair, which reversed school’s position on the Pledge.

The update, published on the school’s website and signed by Lia Santos, governing board chair, reveals the school’s latest position on the Pledge of Allegiance.

Santos wrote that in rollout of the new change, “there was some miscommunication and inconsistency.”

NASW Opposes Nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to Be Next U.S. Supreme Court Justice

WASHINGTON, July 11 – The National Association of Social Workers issued the following news release:

Due to Judge Brett Kavanaugh's judicial record and past opinions on a variety of issues and President Trump's promise that he would appoint a Supreme Court Justice who would overturn Roe v. Wade, the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) opposes Kavanaugh's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land. Kavanaugh's appointment would create an imbalance of judicial philosophy at a time when the court seems to be reneging on protecting the rights of vulnerable and underrepresented Americans.

NASW is particularly concerned that in past decisions as a justice on the D.C. Circuit Court, Judge Kavanaugh has shown an antipathy to women's reproductive rights and Roe v Wade.

For example, in a recent case where an adolescent immigrant woman who was in detention sought to exercise her right to obtain a legal abortion, Kavanaugh sought to prevent her access to abortion care. His flawed reasoning was that by allowing the young woman to obtain an abortion, the court was creating a "new right" for immigrants in custody by permitting them 'to obtain immediate abortion on demand."

NASW is also deeply disturbed Kavanaugh was against court rulings that supported the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. To us it is unconscionable that a Justice on the Supreme Court would oppose affordable health care for low-income citizens.

In addition, Kavanaugh has:

Claimed the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is unconstitutional

Routinely decided in favor of the rich and powerful against powerless Americans

Opposed workforce safety initiatives

Opposed LGBTQ equality

Ruled against as against consumer rights

Opposed environment justice initiatives and environmental protections

Showed disdain for workers' rights

Ending gun violence is also a high priority for NASW. Unfortunately, Judge Brett Kavanaugh has a history of opposition to common-sense measures to promote gun safety. He wrote that "there is no meaningful or persuasive constitutional distinction between semi-automatic handguns and semi-automatic rifles; and that assault rifles are protected by the Second Amendment. Given his opinions, there are indications that Kavanaugh would be antagonistic to common sense gun safety laws.

The selection of a nominee for a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court is not a matter to be taken lightly. NASW is uneasy that many social justice, economic justice, and human rights protections could be threatened under the current administration. We only need look at the plight of asylum seeking families in the Southwest border to realize there are reasons for our apprehension.

Therefore, NASW cannot not sit idly by when the next appointment to the next Supreme Court justice could further undermine social justice gains made over the last half century.

NASW views this nomination as a part of a long struggle that we and many other Americans who are committed to equality and human rights must undertake.

We will continue to express concern - and even outrage - when there are threats to the American value of caring about the least of us. America needs Supreme Court Justices who embrace that value. Clearly, Judge Kavanaugh does not.

SAN DIEGO – A state prosecutor and son of an infamous figure in the Watergate scandal was arrested on a child pornography charge at his home in Coronado, reports CBS affiliate KFMB.

California Deputy Attorney General Raymond Joseph Liddy, 53, was reportedly taken into custody and booked into federal jail Tuesday. He is the son of G. Gordon Liddy.

Raymond Liddy was accused of possessing pornographic images.

"He has plead not guilty. This is the very beginning of the case and then we will get to the end and figure out what it is all about," said Liddy's attorney, Knut Johnson.

The San Diego Union-Tribune reports Liddy was released on $100,000 bond. The attorney general's office said Wednesday it is aware of the matter and has placed Liddy on administrative leave.

The newspaper reported that the complaint said an electronic service provider sent a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in January that a user had uploaded an image that appeared to be child porn. A month later another provider sent a similar tip to the organization.

Local and federal authorities said they traced the activity to Liddy's home, where a search uncovered photos on a computer and thumbdrive of minors engaged in sexual conduct.

Neighbors told KFMG they are shocked. In 2003, the station featured Liddy, who is also a Marine Reservist, when he returned from Iraq patrolling the U.N. headquarters.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 8 in federal court.

I am in my prime, and was taken out of the workforce by numerous bad discs and lyme disease. I worked incredibly hard to get where I was and feel like I lost everything but my better half. Anons, I have to share something. Let me first say I don’t consider myself psychic..more of an empath..I can read people’s moods and feelings too well.

An Appeal to Patriots

I'm scared for my country, and I am especially scared for you good people who look to this space for guidance. I have seen how my folks are suffering. No one has money. I am not a infosec expert, so please feel view this analysis with a skeptical eye, and as always, do your own research!

Q verifies his identity via a cryptographic signature, or "tripcodes." These tripcode hashes (e.g. CbboFOtcZs ) are based on the DES/crypt(3) encryption algorithm. DES (Digital Encryption Standard) was standardized in 1977 and has been largely deprecated due to widely-known weaknesses. A good primer on these weaknesses from way back in 1997 can be found here: https://personal.stevens.edu/~khockenb/crypt3.html . Tripcodes are created via the algorithm described here: https://www.thefullwiki.org/Tripcode. I suspect that if such an operation were carried out, the coordinator would at least sign messages using an algorithm from the NSA Suite B, such as the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) – or even a PGP signature – so that an opponent couldn't hijack his identity as easily as has been done here. He may upgrade his standards after reading this, but frankly, it is a far too late to matter.
