Having LARGE amounts of rain south of the Ohio Valley.

With abundant rainfall over the past few days, the ground is DRY AS HELL!

WTF is going on when we get rainfall and yet it doesn't amount to anything, not even making mudpuddles?!

Obviously the plants are getting enough water to keep them alive, but barely. Leaves fell in the mid-west all summer long!

Is it in the chemicals they're spraying in the sky?
