I see the Nelly tweet from 13 hours ago but nothing new?
Yes.
Don't limit your thinking to social media.
When Wikileaks released the Vault 7 hacking tools to the world, we learned that there are innumerable ways our keystrokes, sounds, etc. can be tracked. We learned that CPU hardware is compromised with a "God mode" in some cases that has more privileges than the operating system itself. In other words there is nothing that can be done to prevent intrusions to that kind of hardware. We learned that malware infests routers and modems. We learned that we can even by spied on by the microscopic electrical signals created by the minute vibrations of hard drives and other electrical components inside a device. These are just a few samples.
So don't think that eschewing social media makes you perfectly safe from being spied on.
