Moar diggs on Paul Allen Island:
I was doing some digging on this as well. Allen Island was owned by co Founder of Microsoft. He held on to it for 9 years while on the market- WHY? Because he was more concerned over what the new owner would use the island for than the money. It originally listed for $25mil, and ended up selling for $8mil
The buyer: AI Projects LLC

AI Projects leads to WKG Inc, which is filed under
Reinventus LLC. Just started looking at Reinventus, but there is one person I pulled up: Phoebe Brockman. She was listed as the company officer

Brockman is a philanthropist and "globe-trotter" and on the board of an art gallery called Gage Academy- another on the board- Perkins Coie Partner, David Robbins (only one who stood out initially, still looking)

One other thing that stood out to me that could be important: AI Project requested "shoreline substantial development" which was approved on Aug 4 2017. "The proposed project is located on the east side of Allan Island, within and adjacent to Burrows Bay west of Anacortes, Washington, within a portion of Section 4, Township 34 North, Range 1 East, W.M., Skagit County, Washington. P19075, P19076, and P19077."
