Think about it like any other work place, except with more traps. Rather than Bob from the assembly line taking you to drunk & to some random hooker around the corner to get oral while he takes pics with his iPhone, then tells your wife so he can have a chance with your wife, Rob from Senior Management takes you to an "exclusive" party out in the sticks & you swap wives with hidden cameras all around. Same games, different levels. Bob plays the short game, Rob plays the long game,
(scenario) You work hard to get hired, get to know your co-workers, get invited to a bar or to dinner, to someone's house, some "exclusive" party, maybe date or marry a co-worker, or they send a guy or girl your way to feign interest in you…in either scenario, you eventually REALLY get to know them & what they're into + up to. You like your career though, you're not gonna quit. So they tell you that doing A, B, C, XXX, it's how you get ahead in the company, or to do it just this once, take your reward for a good job done sealing XYZ deal, no one will know (drug you if you have to)…next thing you know someone has blackmail evidence on you. Soul is sold. You do as you're told & you rise up the ladder as they said, the $ pours in, and only later did you find out that they've been watching & planning on recruiting you since college, high school or even grade school. Bob plays the short game, Rob plays the long game,

If they're ALL in on it, born into it, etc, there's not much need for additional personnel…no logistics to consider because it's all rooted into corruption, the recruitment efforts are a built-in feature
