They're already trying to paint it as Trump lashing out at his political opponents. If he did all of them at once it would be even worse. He gets Brennan because Brennan has been on TV almost every day talking shit about Trump and his administration. Everyone kind of gets it.
After a few days or weeks they can quietly remove the others and no one will make as big of a deal about it. At least I think that's why they did only Brennan.
