There is some speculation that people who believe they have a gluten intolerance - it's actually a reaction to being 'poisoned'. And, for those who are not farmers - here's what happens. When a field of wheat is nearly ready for harvest, it is sprayed with Roundup. This does two things; first, the dying plants react by producing a few more seed kernels; secondly, the now-wilted plants are easier to harvest and easier on the equipment. Needless to say, there is some residual glyphosphate in the wheat! Which is why I buy organic flour and make my own bread . . .
