I don't think any two necklaces are the same, but we can probably find similar ones
They're similar but the vanderbilt one appears to have a cross with a dove on either side as the bottom three charms below the pendant, and above the pendant a deer or an elk (Y-head symbol)
The image on the left has three birds below the pendant and no elk above,
the pendants themselves seem to match in style.
