I’m an artistanon, here’s my view of the paintings.

 

Looks to me like the kids that are kneeling are on the ground on the floor of the pool, waiting to get slaughtered/tortured? Hands.l behind back. All have different clothes on, missing bottoms and are all barefoot. Where are their shoes? Their bottom clothes?Those kids don’t belong there. They look like they were taken from somewhere, stripped and placed there. The kids sitting are wearing red shoes. Those stairs are made so that if you were short (or a child) you couldn’t come limb out. Looks like they are sitting on the wooden platform (floor on the upper level of the photo, where the plants are) that leads to the stairs of the pool. Maybe these kids are in training?- they all have gaping mouths, same exact clothes, like they DO belong there, someone gave them all shoes and clothing. Maybe they are watching from the top looking down at the children at the bottom- LEARNING. Part of mk-ultra training? Did the artists make them look at each other from across the pool while they painted this?

Haiti: The U.S. Created the Earthquake in Haiti?

 

The Russian Navy reports that the U.S. created the earthquake in Haiti

 

The Russian Northern Fleet indicates that the earthquake that devastated Haiti was clearly the result of a test by the U.S. Navy through one of its earthquake weapons and drew up a diagram of linear succession in relation to earthquakes reported to have occurred by chance to the same depth in Venezuela and Honduras.

 

The Northern Fleet has been monitoring the movements and activities of U.S. Marines in the Caribbean since 2008 when the Americans announced their intention to reestablish the Fourth Fleet, which was disbanded in 1950, and that Russia responded a year later, with the Fleet led by the nuclear-powered cruiser Peter the Great "by starting its first exercises in this region since the end of the Cold War.”

 

Since the end of the decade of the 70's in the last century, the U.S. "advanced a lot" in the state of its earthquake weapons and, according to these reports, they now use equipment with Pulse, Plasma and Tesla Electromagnetic and Sonic technology together with "shock wave bombs."

 

The report also compares the experiences of these two earthquake weapons of the U.S. Navy last week, when the test in the Pacific caused an earthquake of magnitude 6.5 to strike in the area around the town of Eureka, Calif., causing no casualties. But the test in the Caribbean caused the death of at least 140 thousand innocent people.

 

According to the report, it is "more than likely" that the U.S. Navy had "full knowledge" of the catastrophic damage that this test earthquake could potentially have on Haiti and had pre-positioned its Deputy Commander of the Southern Command, General PK Keen, on the island to oversee aid work if needed.

 

As regards the final result of the tests of these weapons, the report warns that there is a U.S. plan to destroy Iran through a series of earthquakes designed to overthrow its current Islamic regime. Additionally, according to the report, the system being tested by the USA (HAARP Project) would also create anomalies in the climate causing floods, droughts and hurricanes.

 

According to another report, coincidentally, facts exist establishing that the earthquake in Sichuan, China on 12 May 2008, a magnitude 7.8 on the Richter scale, was also caused by HAARP radio frequencies. It can be observed that there is a correlation between seismic activity and the ionosphere, through the control of Radio Frequencies Induced by force fields, which is a HAARP feature, and it can be concluded that:

 

1 .- Earthquakes identical in depth and linearly on the same fault are caused by induced frequency linear projection.

General Douglas Fraser, Commander-in-Chief of USSSOUTHCOM, said that Coast Guard and U.S. Navy vessels in the region were sent to offer help even if they had limited resources and helicopters.

 

The aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson was sent from the naval base at Norfolk, Virginia, with a complete consignment of aircraft and helicopters. It arrived in Haiti early on the afternoon of January 14. Other additional groups of helicopters will attach with the Carl Vinson, said Fraser.

 

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), operated in Haiti before the earthquake. President Obama was informed of the earthquake at 17.52 on January 12 and asked his staff to ensure that embassy officials were safe and began preparations to provide needed humanitarian assistance.

 

According to the Russian report, the State Department, USAID and the U.S. Southern Command began its work of "humanitarian invasion" by sending at least 10,000 soldiers and contractors, to control Haitian territory, rather than the UN, after the devastating "experimental earthquake."

Russian Report: U.S. weapon against Iran caused Haiti earthquake

An unconfirmed report by the Russian Northern Fleets suggests that the devastating Haiti earthquake was caused by a United States Navy "earthquake weapons" test, which was intended to be used against Iran.

 

On Thursday, Digital Journal reported that Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez accused the United States of causing the Haiti earthquake, which killed more than 100,000 people, through a tectonic weapon. Chavez also accused the US of trying to use the deadly earthquake to occupy Haiti.

According to an unconfirmed report by the Russian Northern Fleets, the tragic earthquake in Haiti was caused by a US navy earthquake weapon that went "horribly wrong," reports Press TV. The weapons test was originally supposed to be used against Iran but caused the cataclysmic earthquake in the Caribbean country.

The purpose of the earthquake weapon being used against Iran, according to the Russian report, was to topple the current Islamic system in the country.

Vive TV reports that the unconfirmed Russian report also suggests that the US instigated the 6.5 magnitude earthquake in the Pacific Ocean earlier this month. That earthquake did not cause any deaths or injuries but did damage many residential and commercial buildings.

The report further states that the system carrying out these tests is the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). The data also coincides with a previous report that associates the 2008 7.8 magnitude earthquake in China with HAARP.

Although Russia has accused the US of holding such a type of weapon, a Georgia Green Party leader claimed that Moscow, allegedly possessing similar weapons, caused an earthquake on Georgian territory several years ago.

The Russian Northern Fleets report has not been confirmed or verified by official sources.

Aid agencies including Oxfam were warned that aid workers were sexually abusing children in Haiti a decade ago, The Independent can reveal.

 

Children as young as six were being coerced into sex in exchange for food and necessities, according to a damning report by Save the Children, which called for urgent action including the creation of a global watchdog.

 

Its research exposed abuse linked to 23 humanitarian, peacekeeping and security organisations operating in Haiti, Ivory Coast and what was then Southern Sudan.

 

"Our own fieldwork suggests that the scale of abuse is significant," the report concluded. "Every agency is at risk from this problem … existing efforts to keep children safe from sexual exploitation and abuse are inadequate."

 

It identified "every kind of child sexual abuse and exploitation imaginable," including rape, prostitution, pornography, sexual slavery, assaults and trafficking.

 

One 15-year-old girl in Haiti told how "humanitarian men" exposed themselves and offered her the equivalent of £2 to perform a sex act.

 

"The men call to me in the streets and they ask me to go with them," said another Haitian girl. "They do this will all of us young girls."

 

A six-year-old girl described being sexually assaulted and a homeless girl was given a single US dollar by a "man who works for an NGO" before being raped and severely injured, while boys were also reportedly raped.

 

When asked why the abuse was not reported, children said they feared losing aid, did not trust local authorities, did not know who to go to, felt powerless or feared stigma and retaliation.

 

"The people who are raping us and the people in the office are the same people," said one girl in Haiti.

 

Several children said they knew of cases where international aid workers had left the country while wanted by police, or where abusers had been disciplined or assigned to a different post.

 

The research took place in 2007, when Haiti was experiencing a food crisis driven by rocketing prices, natural disasters and climate change.

 

It was three years before the alleged sexual misconduct by Oxfam staff that has sparked national outcry and demands for change.

 

Corinna Csaky, who wrote the report, said an advance copy was sent to the CEO of Oxfam and all major international NGOs, adding: "In our cover letter we emphasised that our research revealed a sector wide problem but we didn't implicate any one particular organisation by name."

 

"The most important thing you can do to stop this happening is to invest in those communities," she told The Independent.

 

"Yes, you can have your code of conduct and policies and enforcement mechanisms but child protection is about educating women and girls about their rights, about knowing where to get help if you feel under threat, what is reasonable and what you can say no to.

 

"It's the environment that makes abuse possible."

 

Ms Csaky, a global child development adviser who no longer works for Save the Children, said that the charity was receiving "anecdotal" reports of sex abuse in the field more than a decade ago.

 

"It basically got to a stage where we thought 'we need to find out more - how widespread is this?'" she added.

 

"What I found surprising was that it was a problem for every organisation, regardless of what they delivered, what kind of organisation they were.

"It was something everybody needed to take seriously and on a personal level just the sheer age of some of the victims, the lack of recourse and the sense of total and utter powerlessness on the part of them and their communities was shocking."

 

Ms Csaky declined to name the 23 organisations implicated but said they were across the "full spectrum" of aid agencies, NGOs, peacekeeping forces and UN agencies.

"However, these measures proved insufficient and could have been compromised by staff who were were later investigated by Oxfam and found guilty of misconduct."

 

The British Government has demanded "absolute assurances" that all British charities operating abroad are protecting vulnerable people and referring complaints to authorities in the wake of revelations about Oxfam.

 

The Charity Commission has launched a statutory inquiry and the International Development Secretary, Penny Mordaunt, said Oxfam had agreed not to bid for new government funding until her department "is satisfied that they can meet the high standards we expect."

 

"We want to ensure that programmes we are already financially committed to are being delivered appropriately by Oxfam or any other Dfid partner," Ms Mordaunt said.

 

"Clearly Oxfam have a long way to go before they can regain the trust of the British public, their staff and the people they aim to help. The actions and attitude of the organisation over the coming weeks will be critical.

 

"I am determined that we do our utmost to prevent exploitation and abuse happening - and ensure that where it does happen it is identified and dealt with appropriately."

 

Oxfam has pledged to publish an internal investigation it mounted in 2011 over allegations of sexual and other misconduct in Haiti, which resulted in several members of staff being sacked and others including the country director resigning.

 

As part of a plan to "stamp out abuse," the charity is launching an independent review of its culture, creating a global database of accredited referees.

 

The reforms include more than doubling the number of people working in safeguarding while increasing annual funding to £720,000.

 

"What happened in Haiti and afterwards is a stain on Oxfam that will shame us for years, and rightly so," said Oxfam International's executive director, Winnie Byanyima.

 

"Right now I have two utmost priorities for Oxfam: continuing to provide support to the millions of vulnerable people we work with around the world, and learning vital lessons from our past mistakes to make sure such abuse and exploitation does not happen again."

 

Oxfam GB's chief executive Mark Goldring, who has resisted pressure to resign, said the charity had "betrayed people's trust" and would work with the Government, the Charity Commission and others to reform.

 

More than 1,000 direct debits to the charity were cancelled over the weekend and the Government threatened to cut £31.7m annual public funding for Oxfam.

 

A report released on the future of international NGOs last year warned that they were being threatened by the actions of national governments delegating the response to increasingly "politicised" crises to their own agencies and militaries.

 

Andrew MacLeod, a former UN official, told The Independent the outrage sparked by the Oxfam scandal could be a "sustained turning point for change," adding: "This isn't an excuse to cut aid, this is an excuse to fix aid."

 

Mr MacLeod, who represents a charity targeting sexual abuse by UN agencies, said: "It's taken nine years to get to this point where we're getting some change peacekeepers but the problem is far bigger than that … this is an opportunity to reform the charity sector completely and permanently."

As country reels from new Catholic Church abuse allegations, victims group calls for California investigation

 

This week’s release of a scathing grand jury report in Pennsylvania detailing hundreds of previously unknown sexual abuse allegations against Catholic priests has sent disturbing new questions reverberating across California and the country: How many more victims are out there and how many more abusive priests are left to be exposed?

 

The answer is a lot, survivors, lawyers, prosecutors and others said Wednesday as the report ripped open old wounds and had a victims’ group calling for a similar statewide investigation in California.

 

“We’ve been waiting for this grand jury report,” said Melanie Sakoda, of the Bay Area chapter of the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, known as SNAP. The group, she said, plans to ask California Attorney General Xavier Becerra to impanel a Grand Jury and examine abuses in the Golden State, where dioceses in Oakland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Stockton and elsewhere were roiled in scandal in the early 2000s, with dozens of priests exposed.

I was away for 24hrs or so due to major actual flooding, the latest drops insinuate things I cant even understand a human being is/was involved with, let alone what appears to be many more than ONE, and those in political and financial power. I can only comprehend truly crazy people with a horrible history and nothing to live for, even then, this stuff is a stretch and just makes no sense unless you are TRULY very SICK in the head.
